Unless a VERY detailed FORENSIC analysis of ballots is done, any "recount" is pointless. Also, HOW MANY BALLOTS ARE 'BIDEN-ONLY' VOTES with no down-ballot selections? I'm guessing the vast majority of ILLEGAL Biden ballots are 'Biden-only' selections.
At a MINIMUM, any ballot entered into the system AFTER election day NEEDS TO BE TOSSED!

What has happened to many thousands of conservative AZ voters is really bad.
Many voters in more conservative districts in AZ, who were forced to use markers which spoiled their ballots, have gone online to learn their ballots have indeed been invalidated/tossed !

If there is a recount, how will anyone tell if that vote was from a dead person? Since we have a secret ballot system, there is no voter name on the ballot. Once that ballot is separated from the envelope, all information about the ballot is stripped away and the ballot becomes a secret ballot. What happens to the envelope? For all I know, the envelops are shredded. That ballot could well be a duplicate ballot, from a dead person or a non-citizen of the state—anything. That ballot might have not come from any person, but a ballot filled out by a partisan operative and dumped into the count.
