Unfortunately, Gateway Pundit is about as credible as CNN.

This is reality. The courts are one front, public opinion the other which sways state legislatures and eventually, if we need, the house of representatives

This isn’t going to happen

We either need to prove fraudulent activity or concede.

Anything else is just a gimmick

I wonder and worry that the state legislatures would have the cajones to step in at this point. They may be forced to by the constitution, however, if all pertinent legal challenges haven’t been settled by early January and no winner has been identified

At that time, each state’s legislature casts a vote and Rs lead 26-24. Trump wins.

Could you do it? Yes.

Should you do it? No.

Unless there’s absolute and indisputable proof that the Dems have stolen the election which would render the ballots tainted.

Regardless - the Democrat party is a domestic terrorist group and needs to be abolished.

Yes, this is legal and “could” indeed be done.

Zero - and I mean ZERO - chance that it will ever happen.

Current Alaska unofficial results...

President Trump...118,602
Senator Sullivan...118,978
Representative Young...119,999

Largest spread is 1,397 votes.

Tell me there isn't massive voter fraud going on in Democrat swing states.

I believe a tie goes to the house and senate — and if they cannot agree, the slate certified by the governor wins.

It’s not going to happen. Every one of them will need to be put in a witness protection program or given a team of bodyguards for life.

State legislature republicans aren’t falling on their swords for Trump, they’re going to do what keeps them in office. Still plenty of country club republicans in the statehouses.

People should contact their legislatures. But don’t most governors have veto power anyway? Isn’t that yet another hurdle to overcome going this route?

Stick a fork in it. They stole it all when Biden was allowed to address the nation,ALL counting for Trump stopped and the vote making machine kicked in gear election night and the media kept pumping out BS projections. I see nothing less than a miracle to fix it.

I doubt the state legislatures step up, even though Rs control them pretty much everywhere that matters right now except NV. Liberal strongholds like IL, NY & CA are not the only ones with multi billion, hundreds of billions in some cases, debt and unfunded promises. Their only chance of solvency is Big Sugar Daddy Fed Gov bailout somewhere down the road. Harris or Biden would sign that in a second. In fact, that’s probably the first thing they will do, COVID as the excuse. They got the house, and enough RINOs to make it happen. Trump is THE obstacle to their wet dream. Like always, it is about the money.

Once Georgia falls, the corrupt media will call it for Biden and the R’s will tell him to concede. Sad and pathetic. If that happens I hope their precious Antifa burns the DC swamp to the ground. They don’t want Biden either. They want their revolution. If they call it for Biden Antifa will hardly be cheering in the streets that will be their cue to kick off the Marxist revolution. Republicans don’t seem to get it. They’ll be coming for them.... and Biden, next.
