lose to half of all self-identified likely voters have already cast a ballot in the 2020 election, according to a new Just the News Daily Poll with Scott Rasmussen .
Among a subset of voters who identified themselves as likely to vote, 47% said they had already done so, while 37% said they intend to vote at a polling place on Election Day.
The remaining 16% said they plan to vote in between now and Election Day, less than a week away...

If you haven't voted for a while or ever and are pumped to vote this year, would you mail it in, vote early, or go for the whole election day experience?
On a somewhat related note: Would you lie to a pollster and say you voted already in the hopes of getting robo calls to stop? Would you lie thinking that a fraudster might be trying to figure out who hasn't voted yet so they can vote for that person?
Or maybe you do vote early if you are an infrequent voter since you might have to look up where to vote on election day and end up getting information on how and where to vote early and figure you should just go get it out of the way.
But I would imagine there are more polling locations open on election day and the one that you are supposed to go to for your precinct is closer and more convenient than the early polling locations.
What percentage of the total vote this year will take place on Tuesday?
I say 59%. I will be among them.
Bring a video camera with you. Bring a thermometer in case they try to not let you in because you supposedly have a fever.
Theres going to be a lot more than just last elections likely voters.
Voted early as recommended by the Republican Party (if you live in a RED county)
They want this so that RED votes are counted as early as possible to avoid early calls for republicans to “concede”.
Election Day votes will be among the last to count.
If in a blue county and you’re voting RED - That’s when you should vote ON Election Day
My wife and I dropped our ballots off at the Voters’s registrar’s office on Tuesday. Actually, we gave them to a worker at the office, we have known for years.
I live in a “it can go either way” area.
I am with you and many I know are!!
I voted today. I waited about ten minutes and that was with a handful of voters. The covid procedures in some places are going to make for some long waits on Tuesday. Planned chaos perhaps.
yep
and it would seem a lot of votes were put in before Trump’s great debate and when he wasn’t doing as well in the polls.
maybe down 2 instead of up 2
this is not a slam dunk
we shall see
It’s going to be interesting to be around so many people, about whom you reasonably assume, are NOT afraid of Covid and who may think it is a conspiracy and may talk openly about this.
It might be the best time some people have spent in a line in their lives.
Yes- the dems will call it disenfranchisement when they are scrambling to get more bodies to the polls after they have closed....
Democrats Will not know how many mail trucks they will need with no identifiable Postmark until Election Day. It is the same reason high democrat counties are incapable of posting a vote count until 4am, despite the tally counts automated by machines just like everywhere else in the state
It’s kind of funny and stupid why we bother to have debates, which ostensibly are so that people can make an informed decision about for whom to vote, and allow voting to start before the debates start.
We are such as stupid-ass country.
Yep, real clusterf___ stuff.
What is a likely voter?
I like the way Arizona does it. I took mine straight to the country and then I could follow on each step. Your vote was received, your signature was verified p, and then your vote has been counted.
Why the last sentence? Why does it matter when the red voter in blue county votes as long as they do actually vote?
the latest trick - trust the fake polls!

The election results SHOULD reflect polls conducted in the last days of the election - if they don’t we must investigate and rigorously audit or recount the election results.

dreadful listening, but Atobatele’s boring story is merely to suggest the results on 3 Nov might not be correct. seems they are expecting a Trump win:
AUDIO: 41m18s: 27 Oct: BBC: Digital Planet: Why do we vote with paper in the age of the smart phone?
Despite a pandemic, nearly everyone voting in the upcoming US election will do so with a tick in a box on a piece of paper. They may post their ballot, or go in person to a voting station, but the process is still physical. Why? Presenter Gareth Mitchell will be asking election voting advisor ***Susan Greenhalgh. Despite the prevalence of paper, there are some voting machines in the USA, Beatrice Atobatele tells us why she bought one online and how hacking into it could help to make the coming US election more secure.

I voted the Democrat way. Early and often.
I say 59%. I will be among them."
Well that's not far off 2016! So what's the big deal?
Note also that this "big pre-election vote" Narrative in 2016 also failed to carry Cankles:
The NBC News website shows, GOP up 2 pts in MI. Ev, and up 6 pts! In WI.
