John Roberts Betrays Trump Again, Ruling Will Allow PA Ballots to Be Counted Several Days After Election

Chief Justice John Roberts sided with liberals on the Supreme Court, creating a deadlock and denying a request by the Pennsylvania GOP to count ballots only if they’ve been received by Election Day.

The 4-4 tie means the decision from the lower court remains in place.

Last month, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that mail-in ballots can be counted up to three days after the election, even if they lack a legible postmark.

The court stated that ballots counted during the extension period must be postmarked by the close of polls on Election Day.

The AP, however, noted that “ballots can be counted if they lack a postmark, a legible postmark or some proof of mailing,” with the only disqualifying feature being if a “preponderance of the evidence” shows it was mailed after Election Day.

Even CNN highlighted Roberts’ conservative betrayal stating, “Once again Roberts has moved left to side with his liberal colleagues in an area where he has a very conservative record.”

Roberts has been an absolute disaster for the Court.

He is compromised because of his illegally adopted children. The left calls in their favors whenever they are especially needed.

“He is compromised.”

I agree. The left is smart enough to only call in favors on cases they think are important—like the ACA, and now on voting games.

This is why I'm saying that the GOP state legislatures need to stop appealing the lower court rulings based on their decisions and instead make an Article II Section 1 separation of powers argument to SCOTUS that the lower courts had no jurisdiction to oversee the legislatures' actions regarding choosing of Electors.

This will force Roberts to have to choose between ignoring Article II plenary rights of the state legislatures and judicial supremacy.

He didn’t betray Trump, he betrayed all of us. He’s another Bush legacy, unfortunately.

I would say immediately after she is sworn in...after her confirmation on Tuesday next.

I’ve never understood how Roberts betrays or whatever.

He’s a Bush judge. Bush is a RINO globalist. He’s part of the swamp that preached new world order. He hates Trump.

For crying out loud, what’s so hard about thinking of Roberts as a lib?

Roberts betrayed no one, he’s just showing his loyalty to those he’s always been a part of. He’s no different than obama showing loyalty to the left.

People keep looking for reasons for why he compromised his conservtive values. His adoption? His sexuality?

I propose that Roberts was never conservative. He was appointed by Bush, when Renquest died he was nominated for Chief Justice role before he spent a single day on the court because BOTH parties found him acceptable to not only confirm as a justice but to go straight into the Chief Justice chair.

The dems loved him, the RINOs loved him. He was never a Scalia or a Thomas, more of a Kennedy. From day one.

“He is compromised”

Agree. Has become more and more obvious. Just as Biden will also be compromised if he becomes president. Imagine a US president owned by two or more foreign countries. Treason has many characteristics.

Had the Senate brought the Barret nomination directly to the floor and voted, she could have been sworn in and could have voted with the conservatives to prevent this from happening. But no - we have to go with the full dog and pony show to give democrats the opportunity to trash Barret and posture for their base.

There is a reason obama discouraged Biden from running in the beginning of the election cycle.

Another example of why we need Justice Amy seated. If she goes along with Roberts’ reasoning then we’ll know that the decision, though unpalatable, was correct.

Barrett on the Court will NOT give the Constitution a 6-3 majority. It will be no more than 5-4 and the chances of another conservative Justice “growing” in office are high. It has always been thus. Depending on blackmail opportunities and success or no of outright extortion- threatening family or poisoning pets etc, he Left, if it takes office across the board after the election may not even have to pack the Court. All they have to do is urn one more Justice. Assassination would do the trick, too, and that is definitely on the menu if they own the elective government because they already own the unelected government. There would no consequences even if assssination were to be done openly.

” the Lolita Express “

How many any times has Joe and or Hunter Biden been on the Lolita Express ?

What ever happened to Epstein’s lady pimp that was arrested? Nothing but crickets during election cycle.
