I just had a conversation with two people at work today who are both Repubs (can you believe it ... 2 Repubs here in Mass!) ... and neither of them have heard anything about the Hunter Biden computer emails!!!!!
This just confirmed to me that this story is really being snuffed out everywhere.
Since 1/2 of the people will have voted by election day, this is going to end up being too late to matter.
While I like Rudy’s podcasts, I watch them trough a browser (not the YouTube app) so I can more easily skip the unexplained embedded advertisements that make his motives questionable.
The retorts from the media: debunked, Russian disinformation. The news cycle: three or four days.
Alternatively consider: A dribble, which is damning unto itself, on October 15. Twitter & Facebook blocking, and thus highlighting the significance. Fox News authenticating the emails. Multiple media establishment authenticating the computer repair shop owner's acquisition of the laptop. The reaction from Biden. Trump pounding on this at his rallies, followed by a campaign ad today. Now cycle, repeat and condense that until the election.
50% of Americans have below average IQ's, and news dementia. They absorb information slow, they forget quickly.
I'll go for the slow release of information over three weeks. It is good for the reelection of PDJT, and it brings the deep state out of the wood work.
We need to have patience. Also do not expect the NY Slimes or Washington Compost to cover this story accurately, if at all. Hence ABC/CBS/NBC/CNBC/MSNBC/PBS/CNN/Bloomberg et al will not report accurately. That is the reality.

Where is Barr? Serious question. Republicans in congress have called for a special counsel. The President has called for a special counsel. We know the FBI had a copy of this hard drive for 10 months.
The media continues to ignore the story and the only “leaks” we have been given is that the intel community believes this is Russian disinformation (disputed by the DNI).
All of this background noise and the personalities involved appears to be blunting the most important facts (even here on FR).
The most important text messages that have come out are simple - Pops gets 50% of his salary and he got an equity stake in a joint venture with the CCP. We know from the Senate report that there was a lot of money flying around. Connect that money to Joe Biden. Forget Hunter other than painting him as what he was - a bagman for Joe.
I don’t care about the pictures of perversion. Yes, they should be investigated and if they are criminal charge him, but we have an election in two weeks and there is now clear evidence of a pay to play scheme with Biden. This needs to be about Joe - not Hunter.
They need to focus on the prize with laser precision at this point. Just my .02. The media is able to block the important facts because they are able to focus on all the background noise by characters they have classified as fringe nuts. Read some of these threads here on FR and even many FReepers dismiss some of the characters involved in this.
The New York Post has mostly gone silent other than complaining about Twitter/Facebook. The peer pressure seems to be working on them. The WSJ says they are going to release some stuff, but so far the media appears to be winning the story about Joe and even when they report it they make it look like “fringe nuts” are picking on a poor drug addict.
Another fact that needs to be dusted off and stated repeatedly is that the NYT covered this in Dec of 2015 after the Clinton campaign planted the story of the Ukraine to sideline Joe in the 2016 primary. Fact - the NYT reported on this previously and after Joe did not run in the primary they dropped it. Read some of the stories from the NYT and they directly contradict their reporting in that article now.
Trump has to be smart about how he brings this up in the debate because the moderator will do everything she can to blunt it and cut him off.
Make this about Joe Biden. Period. Without him, his son and cohorts had nothing to sell. They have to show money going to Joe directly.

The FBI has had it for 10 months. At this point, if it did not belong to Hunter, I am pretty sure they would come out and say it as they are obviously in the tank for Biden.
At some point the idea of authentication is as ridiculous as the Austin Powers Penis Pump scene. The fact that even FReepers are still saying they have not proven it points to the failure of Rudy to focus on the message.
They have a receipt signed by Hunter. They have emails to and from Hunter that are authenticated by emails by recipients and senders on another server (the jailed cooperator) and a co-conspirator who has corroborated the scam. They have pictures and video with metadata. They have the Senate report showing the financial transactions. They have the obvious fact that Joe has 22 million in real estate despite his government salary.
What more do people need to authenticate this? I ask this respectfully, but I keep seeing many here on FR say they have to prove it is his laptop. No way the NY Post runs the story without being certain. No way the WSJ runs it without being certain. Peter Schweizer is routinely ignored, but he has never once been sued for defamation.
We would all be much better off if there was not a single picture or video on the drive because all of that crap is about Hunter - not Joe.

Some facts. 1.) It is not simple. Is not like this is bank robber caught on video tape taking his mask off.
2.) It is not just about Joe Biden. It is about Joe, Beau (yes, it goes back that far), Hunter, James, Frank, Valarie, Ashley, and Howard. This is a criminal enterprise and there is no crime if Joe Biden is the only one investigated.
3.) It is not just about the Bidens. It includes others in government, Pelosi via son Paul and John F'n Kerry via step-son Chris, at a minimum.
4.) The deep state is entrenched. Barr and Wray are organs of the deep state. Don't expect anything from them until they are replaced. 5.) The mainstream media will not cover these crimes accurately or as broadly as they have occurred.

So far, I'd score more points specifically for Rudy and Bannon, in the PR battle, than actually for Trump or against Biden. But maybe that's the purpose. They've both always believed they were bigger than him, and are trying to prove it again, if you ask me. Hasn't worked yet.

Mine too. This has all the makings of the "Trust our secret plan" BS which has us right on the verge of losing the election it appears. Trust the people. Put the information out. Quit hogging it trying to make yourself look good (Rudy), or maybe get a pardon (Bannon). Have a good one.
I don’t disagree that the entire family is involved, but Joe’s name needs to be front and center. He was the product the rest of them sold and you don’t sell a non-existent product.

The left has made all kinds of demands on the DOJ when it served their interests. My point was - why are those declaring this is Russian disinformation not demanding a simple answer from the FBI?

If they are going to suggest it is all Russian disinformation why can Trump not demand a simple answer? They don’t have to divulge another non-investigation investigation, but they can authenticate that they have a computer believed to belong to Hunter Biden with no further comment.
Reverse the roles here and is there any doubt they would say it was a computer belonging to Eric Trump? Is there any doubt the media would be publishing this stuff non-stop? Instead we see the media and left creating another fake narrative much like the Russian collusion delusion with the complicity of the FBI.
I am beyond frustrated and disgusted. It is past time for the corruption and rot in DC to be pulled out like bad teeth with no anesthetic. Democrats and Republicans alike. There is no other answer for this kind of rotten behavior.
