Theres an old saying: when theres blood in the streets buy real estate. The modern version of the axiom relates to the strategy of George Soros: create the crisis; fund the political arsonists; drive the turmoil; then benefit from pre-positioned finances. Both versions are essentially saying the same thing.
Without opinion as to the origin and possible intent of the Chinese COVID-19 launch, what became obvious early on was how the virus could be weaponized for maximum political value.
Factually, and specifically when contrast against the most recently visible control efforts by social media giants to assist Joe Biden, you might remember back in March, April and May, how any contrary opinion of the COVID-19 hype was met with massive censorship by those exact same social media control agents.
Multinational firms like Google Inc. took down YouTube videos; Facebook banned speech or contrary scientific discussion; and Twitter banned all users who would dare question the COVID narrative. It was not/is not a coincidence those same voices are now currently suppressing information and pushing Joe Biden for the 2020 election.
If you realized the hype of COVID-19 was a weaponized narrative, then this recent story shows how the control agents also know that hype program is soon to end. Look:
(Forbes) Big Tech is bucking two big workforce trends. Amazon, Facebook, Apple and Google are all scooping up New York City commercial real estate after prices have plummeted due to the fallout from the Covid-19 pandemic. The companies are making a bold contrarian bet that Manhattan will bounce back and there will still be a need for people to work in offices...

I guess the only good news in this is that the elites plan on letting things get back to a sort of normal so that there is actually a demand among business to rent office space in NYC.
Bullsh1t. No restaurants crime everywhere and people working from home in another state.
Amazon just bought a third warehouse on staten island.
And a number of friends have gone back to work in manhattan though a number are also still working from home.
It will be interesting to see what happens.
Working from home saves big companies expensive rents but the older time managers want people in person and meetings in person.
And big money deals will always be done in expensive restaurants and not on zoom.
At least for a little while longer.
Then the same powers that be that are promoting the riots now and buying up the real estate plan on calling off the dogs when it is convenient for them.
They better get going. NYPD is leaving. Defund , disavow, and prosecute. Those folks can come work where we appreciate them. NYC needs a Giuliani type. Big tech dont do shit. The little people make the city work, if theres any business to work in.
It seems strange me that NYC real estate development hasn’t decreased. Looking at the YIMBY NYC real estate development page everyday, RE development continues on a large scale.
Portland is just as bad. Five months of demon-strations nightly!
Chaos, arson, blocking traffic and mass destruction of property under demonrat mayors, senator and governors. They all belong in jail for aiding and abetting insurrection. After Trump wins. I hope he calls out the military and throws the whole lot of them in Gitmo for life.
Catherine Austin Fitts — is the president of Solari, Inc., the publisher of The Solari Report and managing member of Solari Investment Advisory Services, LLC.
Fitts was Assistant Secretary of Housing Federal Housing Commissioner at the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (GHW Bush era).
With her housing and real estate experienci, she started plotting business damage on Lake Street in Minneapolis. Mostly small business, located in and on edge of Empowerment (I think) zones. Her map looks convincing. She speculates that these were targeted to lower the resistance to sell. Govt tax advantages for big investors to buy and develop these burned out areas, and make big money.
You might think the businesses were even targeted by the peaceful protestors.
Hmmmmm.
As much as she has a convincing map, the real history of areas that have had race riots is that recovery takes many decades, sometimes a century.
Outrageous!
See the plot of RoboCop.
Question: what happens if DeBlasio gets retired ?
