If anybody had any doubt about Nancy Pelosi going Full Mental Jacket over allowing President Trump putting his signature to new stimulus checks before the election, her interview with Wolf Blitzer in which she channeled Captain Queeg should convince even many Democrats of her unfitness for the office of House Speaker. As you can see in this video, even those not necessarily big Trump supporters but who are big on the nuts and bolts of the stimulus package are now flat out blaming her for holding up the bill.

She has no win, so Pelosi has to take the lesser of two evils, based on her overall electoral strategy. She can’t have Trump claim stimulus as a feather in his political cap, so she has to accept looking like the obstructionist, and try to mitigate that image as much as possible.

I think this all came to the surface a couple of years ago when there was some event where Trump was live-streaming a meeting with Chuck and Nancy in his office. Chuck sat there with his head down, looking embarrassed, but Nancy kept trying to argue with Trump, who calmly explained to her why there was no point in bringing something up to a vote if it wasn’t going to pass, and made her look like an idiot. I could see her ego go out of control right then and there because he wasn’t showing her the proper deference which she felt she obviously deserved. To her, the House is “equal” to the Presidency, and because SHE runs the House, SHE’S equal to the President. She’s suggested this time and time again, and it’s just nonsense, but her ego is warped by old age and whatever drugs they inject in her just to keep her upright.
Today she did, indeed, go full-blown Queeg. What a nasty piece of human garbage she is.
