I don't usually engage in personal comments on Twitter but I couldn't let Gabriel Sherman of Vanity Fair and The New York Times get away with it.
The MSM watched the 4 minute clip of President Trump speaking from Walter Reed.
We, the American people, watched the same 4 minute clip.
We saw our usual strong leader, breathing normally, upbeat, energetic, caring, loving and chomping at the bit to get back to work.
The MSM painted him weak, gasping, coughing, leaning on the table for support, fearing for his life. Bullshit!
They lie. They gaslight us. Or maybe it's some kind of "blab it, grab it" voodoo. They throw their lies out to the Universe hoping some dark power will make their fondest wishes come true.
Hey! I'm grasping at straws here because the MSM defies logic.

Over the weekend, the MSM lowered themselves to new lows. Wait? Is that possible?
They lost their credibility. No, let me rephrase that. Yeah, I got nothing.
1. "Anonymous Source" = We're Talking out of our Ass.
I shamelessly stole this from Twitter but it's brilliant. When the MSM claims to have an "source close to the President speaking on condition of anonymity" it just means, "we made it up."
Now don't go all Mary Tyler Moore on me about "not revealing their source." Mary was honest. She had reliable sources. The MSM doesn't know the meaning of the word.
2. Adjectives Matter
When Trump speaks, the MSM says he "rants." When Trump defends his record, the MSM claims he "furiously railed." So why should we be surprised that they painted Trump at death's door from COVID-19? It's just a genteel way of saying, "We hope he dies."
I find the claims that Trump was gasping for air with labored breathing particularly infuriating. For those of you who are new to my writing, my husband suffers from Pulmonary Alveolar Proteinosis, a terminal lung disease that his doctors predicted would kill him over a decade ago. Michael's on oxygen a lot. His breathing is labored. He does gasp. He knows all about it.
So when Michael watched Trump's Walter Reed video and said authoritatively, "Trump's fine" you can take that to the damn bank. No gasping! No labored breathing! It's an insult to all those struggling from bona fide pulmonary problems to claim otherwise.
3. Gaslighting: Look In My Eyes and Lie to Me
If you've ever been the victim of Narcissistic Abuse as I was for thirty-three years, you know all about gaslighting.
Taken from the title of the 1944 movie Gaslight starring Charles Boyer and Ingrid Bergman, the term has come to mean contradicting the evidence of someone else's own senses. Lying to them until they believe you and not the evidence of their own eyes, ears, mind and intuition. Boyer nearly convinced Bergman to consent to being institutionalized by claiming the gaslights were not dimming each evening after he supposedly left the house, when they clearly did dip in brightness.
In the dictionary under "Mainstream Media," it simply says "see gaslighting." They look in our eyes and contradict the truth. I wanna know what they're smoking!
I was taught by my narcissists that my word should be impeccable. Don't understate. Don't engage in hyperbole. Don't twist the facts. Be impeccably honesty.
How anyone can lie their ass off as the MSM does and look themselves in the eye in the mirror without their conscience screaming is beyond me and mine. When they speak, they speak the native language of their father, the devil, the father of lies. What will Judgment Day be like for them? I wouldn't want to be in their shoes. They say God doesn't actually judge us. We judge ourselves.

Compression will do that. Trump’s proximity to the mic probably caused his breathing to be more noticeable.
