My nephew got an instant call from a Veteran’s agency he was trying to reach but couldn’t get a reply, and the next day after he sent a comment to “Contact WH” about his problem, he got a call from them.

Interesting. Some mentioned that the outcome of the first debate in 2016 was different than many on this forum saw it, for the better.
Trump can remind me of the rough reluctant hero some want to put on a higher plane without realizing he will always be a rough street fighter. But then he up and does some really decent and very nice things. His reverence for fallen troops and how he treats their families is one such thing.
For every 10 pathetic suburban Karens who are turned off by Trump’s demeanor and belligerence, I think he picks up 12-15 Hispanics who love his “Alpha male” personality and 4-5 black men who love his impulsive behavior and “take no bullsh!t” attitude.
