I think we will win in the end, but election night will be painful. I don’t think the media will pay any attention at all to counting votes. Why bother? They will crown Joe the king. They will tell the nation Joe won. They will be shocked when Trump (the guy with the bigger vote total and dominance in the EC) does not concede. The media will demand that the military intervene.
It will straighten itself out, but I think the plan is just to have Joe automatically win.

Meaning mail-in ballots have names and signatures associated with them. They will cross-reference this against the voter registration database. In theory, if you try and show up at your polling place on Election Day, they should be able to see that you have a mail-in vote recorded.

It is supposed to work both ways. Your in-person vote is recorded as well. So if they get a ballot in the mail, they see you already voted and toss it out.
