They don’t expect him to run the country. The DNC gave Biden three tasks. He has already completed the first task. One down, and two to go.
Task 1: Neutralize the loser Bernie Sanders.
Task 2: Beat Donald Trump.
Task 3: Be a grinning presidential puppet for Kamala Harris and her associates.

One of my sons was on stage leading the Pledge in front of a large group and forgot the words. He was devastated.

What empty room was he speaking in this time? Even Biden must realize that sitting in his basement, speaking in empty parking lots, cornfields, empty echoing rooms, and giving “interviews” where he uses a teleprompter, isn’t a real campaign. The only semblance of a campaign is the one being run by the media on his behalf.
