this should be circulated widely - because her nomination would be preposterous. the Supreme Court nomination isn’t a consolation prize: it is one of the highest honors we have.
This is one of the reasons GWB putting up his personal lawyer as a possible was such a bad idea.
The end result would have been ANYONE could be a Supreme Court Justice if you have the right connections.
