The threats from democrats are coming, er, fast and furious. Nancy Pelosi says impeachment is at the ready. Egged on by Clinton water boy George Stephanopoulos Pelosi said she might impeach both Trump and Barr:
“You want people to get out and vote, and even there’s no guarantee that the White House and Senate Republicans won’t try to push through a Supreme Court nomination in a lame-duck session,” ABC News’ George Stephanopoulos said during an interview with the Democratic leader on “This Week.”Pelosi and crew have turned impeachment into a political tool. Then she hinted that there are other "arrows in the quiver."“Some have mentioned the possibility if they try to push through a nominee in a lame-duck session that you and the House can move to impeach President Trump or Attorney General Barr as a way of stalling and preventing the Senate from acting on this nomination,” he said.
“We have our options,” Pelosi said, refusing to rule out the extreme measure after their last failed attempt earlier this year that distracted the federal government from the novel Wuhan coronavirus brewing into a global pandemic overseas. “We have arrows in our quiver that I’m not about to discuss right now.”Arrows. It sounds like a threat of physical violence.
Chuck Schumer said if Trump goes ahead with his Constitutional obligation "nothing is off the table."

This is easy... McConnell should float a trial balloon saying he plans to eliminate the filibuster during the lame duck term, and ask Trump to nominate another 46 justices for the supreme court.
Technically Trump won’t be lame duck until if/when the election is decided against him.

Is the following scenario possible?
Pelosi gets the House to impeach Trump in November after the election. The new Senate gets sworn in January 3rd. Can the new Senate act on the House’s impeachment?
If yes, would it impeach Trump and be effective on Jan 23rd, if he wins the election?
Ginsberg herself said the gov’t should seat a missing Justice as quickly as possible. Pelosi is just hoping that Article 3 or the 20th Amendment will allow her to be a defacto President!

On that note my young teenager added to our discussion about the Ginsburger death....he surprisingly stated “no telling how many lives have been saved” by her death....he is pro life, he even knew Ginsbergers past rulings supporting abortion and planned parenthood murder. I have much hope when a young teen anger can see just how evil the liberal, Godless agenda is.
Aslan is Muslim. This is NOT the USA I grew up and damn near died for. Would I fight for America in SF or as an Infantry CO now? Hell no. These punks need cuts in pay and huge cuts in housing allowances. Look at the housing allowances by pay grade. Sick. I made $666 a month as 1LT in combat. $66 was hazardous duty pay and $110 was airborne. I finally made 1400 a month as a CPT over 8. Yes I made 66 bucks as a PVT E-2 in 66. Four of us left Fort Dix, NJ on a weekend pass then. We rented one room. We could only afford White Castle.
If he and the Senate move quickly enough, a Court that actually believes in the Constitution might be formed in time to thwart the Democrats’ plans to steal the election. They need to work hard and fast.
Democrat threats are about the only thing that they’re honest about. But the conditions that they make them with are lies — they’ll carry out their threats regardless.

I would like to think these kinds of ultimatums will wake up Republicans to the reality of the threat posed by radical Democrats. But I doubt it will.
