The men began interrogating her, she said. Why are you here? Who are you? What are you doing?
They asked me if I knew about the looters and rioters. She was confused until she realized they were probably talking about rumors, all debunked, that left-wing radicals were setting fires around the state and then stealing peoples possessions once they evacuated.

Funny how Global Warming stopped at the Canadian border.
There’s that word again. “Debunked”
Lock her and her ilk up for a while.
See if the fires stop.
From the LA Times. You would think they would have some interest in knowing the truth. Is there anyone left on our side thinks we can peacefully coexist with these people?
Flack checked bunk.
The hypothesis is there is a claim that all fires have been deliberately set while the bunk-ers declare NONE OF THEM have been set by leftists.
This from the mostly peaceful riot flack catchers.
Anything "debunked" by the Main Sturmer Media hasn't been debunked at all.
Anytime you see Democrat Media use the words "fact check" or "debunked", you know a lie is coming.
Why is it so hard for the public to believe that people who have been burning police cars, stores, and churches for the last six months are above burning trees?
“all debunked”
In what universe?
Like voter fraud?
‘debunked’?? not by me - I am holding those ‘rumors’ that Antifa/ BLM started the fires with molotov cocktails thrown into the forests - as truth, because eventually they will be confirmed. They can call me names, they can say they are untrue, but until I hear otherwise, I’m keeping them here at my desk awaiting confirmation.
The LA times, without any proof, tried to deflect charges that their neo-Nazi antifa goons set fires in California forests.
Go to the places where the evacuees are housed then. Id say you got a first hand look at how the communities pitch in to help prevent more fires and looting. If it happened. Funny you couldnt get video. But, yeah...huge assault rifles.
That sure is:

Hello SergeantDave!
All I can speak to is our local fire/s in Butte County. August 17th we had 47 fires started by lightening. They were all put out. One fire burning in the county next door in rugged mountainous terrain was left to burn as no one could get to it...Last Tuesday winds in the 50mph range blew the fire into our county. It racesd 30 freaking miles in 18 hours and in turn burned the community of Berry Creek to the ground. The fire lines are some 4 miles away from our location.
Whether other fires were intentionally set or not, I do not know...I do know that this fire, which resulted in a loss of life was natural in its origin. Would different forestry practices have lessened the effects? Hard to say, but probably. Was PG and E at fault. Not this time. They turned off the power to the area.
My take, and I live on the Canadian side of the border, is that the fire situation was probably a combination of natural and arson-driven events. As somebody mentioned, there were fewer fires on our side of the border where Antifa or other arsonists apparently were inactive. Those fires started after a rather weak lightning storm in mid-August. They were easily contained and didn’t create much disruption (in BC).
The weather pattern probably explains about half of the fire regime in the Pac NW and most of it further south. You can never be sure, but the Oregon blazes in particular seemed to be more suspicious.
When we cannot entirely trust government or law enforcement sources about arson arrests and who was in fact identified, then rumors are more likely. However, we should give it some reasonable amount of time for the process to be completed, if no reasonable information becomes available, then demand more transparent reporting about arson arrests. The public have a right to know what’s going on.
For many years the LA Times pet project was “gun control”.
Wonder Why?
Well...talked to someone who lives in Estacada, Oregon today...his brother is a fireman there...he said fire Dept and police Dept KNOW there IS arson
