At a speech yesterday I believe, Joe Biden not only was extremely late to walk on stage but he then started playing a hip hop song called despacito for Hispanic Heritage Month. Upon further investigation, I found out that the english meaning of Depsacito is "Slowly" so maybe our old buddy Slow Joe is trying to send us a message.
