Biden was never my kind of politician but he would have run better than HilLIARy in 2016 (anyone other than Jack the Ripper would have ran better than HilLIARy, and with Jack we just don’t know it would have been a close call), so Biden might have had a chance to become President then.
Today, he is too OUT OF IT mentally ... and hiding in his basement to avoid embarrassing himself in public... is not a Winning Strategy

To be fair, Joe was out and about today. After voting, he admitted to a shouted question that he didn’t know where he was going tomorrow. And he gave a rousing speech to 4 or 5 social-distanced reporters next to a farm field. He was too exhausted to take questions, not that they asked any.
