I watched the 2020 Republican National Convention on C-Span, largely because the screen is uncluttered with banners and preview windows and they hang around at the end of such events for a while, particularly when President Trump, Vice President Mike Pence or First Lady Melania was the last speaker. I would try to turn to Fox for analysis only to see first up the shining visage of a Marie Harf or a Juan Williams, the DNC mole from a parallel universe that has lately been obsessing about something called “Qanon violence” whatever that is.
Mornings at Fox have not been much better lately with the likes of former DNC Chair Donna Brazile who on Tuesday morning’s episode lost it entirely when questioned about the DNC’s failure to address and accept responsibility for the anarchy, the rioting, the looting, the burning and the deaths resulting from the Democratic Party’s push to empty the prisons, defund and otherwise neuter the police, and to not arrest or prosecute vigorously those perpetrating the violence. Watching & listening to news can be disheartening. We had 200 people show up yesterday at a Trump flag wave rally on 25th St in Easton, PA. The response from cars going by was exhilarating! Great day!

Juan Williams is there, as Fox tries to be “fair and balanced”.
I always think the case of Juan Williams is amusing. He got terminated from NPR because of some politically incorrect comments about Muslim terrorists.
He was liberal, and a victim of the cancel culture.
And who comes along and gives him a job? The “evil” Fox News puts him on the air. The “evil” allegedly biased Fox gives a liberal talking head a new job.
Fox is just another outlet for the Ministry of Propaganda except for a few shows.
NewsMax is the antidote to Faux News.

Instead of taking responsibility or offer solutions to the crisis they help enable, the scream, spit and rail about someone else—anyone else—as if that justifies everything they’ve done to muck things up.

I am currently stewing at Brazile’s comment this morning, that “violence”, whether from “police brutality, gangs, or militia” needs to stop. Seriously, Donna? Those are the first examples of “violence” that come to mind? Did BLM or Antifa even cross your fully controlled mind? After 2016, Brazile seemed to say a few rational things....she’s lost it again.
Brazile is a liar, and a hate filled liar at that. No news network should employ this.

Juan Williams is a journalist and political analyst. He currently appears on the Fox News Channel, and has worked for NPR, The Washington Post, The New York Times, and other major news organizations. In 1991, Williams was disciplined by the Washington Post for making inappropriate sexual remarks to female coworkers.
I can’t remember an example when a network had to cut away from their own contributor. At least Kilmeade did that.
