seems like Cali can’t afoard the $100 25% rule in the EO, but $1250 is okay.

So since some persons can test positive long after they were infected, even 60 days, - but are no longer infectious, then they should not need to be quarantined, meaning money is wasted.

And one can test negative yet become infected the next day, thus further skewing the stats.
