Look for the Case-Shiller Price Index in those cities. It only goes through May at this time but that’s still informative. You’ll find that NYC Condos have been trending sideways for months, and while Seattle was rising (remember it only recently imploded) Minneapolis ticked down in May.
Or just pull out your own pistol if you think you can get the drop on them and shoot them in the face.
