My advice to gun buyers is “Avoid the last minute rush. Shop early, shop often. Buy more than you can afford.”
I was out shopping today. The one thing I cannot find anywhere is rubbing alcohol.
300 cans of tuna 100 cans soup 100 lbs rice 900 bullets let the shooting begin
Substitute grain alcohol
No hair gel? :)
Wonder where hes shopping. Shelves have been full everywhere we go. Including TP, that precious barometer of all thats good in America.
Walmart keeps it at their customer service desk.
Are you trying to make hand sanitizer?
Food-store shelves are by no means consistently full.
Gun sales are booming (pun intended)... the real “poll” of the mood of the country. Proof of the abject failure of (misnamed) “progressive” government. A political ideology that can’t (or won’t) guarantee its citizens safety, freedom, prosperity or peace. The more the (misnamed) “progressive” model fails the more tyrannical it becomes. #Trump2020
You better be planning to collect ammo off the corpses of your opponents. If you have only 900 rounds, that's barely enough for a decent firefight.
I'm well into 5 figures and I feel under-supplied.
Just cast about 1,00 more 44 (.431") bullets in 210gr gas check and 240 gr Keith (cast weight @ 255gr). Than casted another 1,000 45 caliber 300gr gas check for the 45-70. Already had @ 1,000 45 caliber 230gr for the 45 auto. Casting bullets makes better loads with hard cast bullets (Brinell hardness 20)and choice of powders that the guns like most.
I have plenty of hand sanitizer. Several years ago, my drug store for some reason, cleared out a bunch of Purell. The squirt/pump bottles and larger refill bottles all for 50 cents.
I bought maybe 7 bottles of each and rarely used it. For the last few months I probably use it once or twice a day. Still have a lot.
I bought a gallon at local Ace a couple weeks ago. (Rubbing alcohol )
Per person / per year
400 lbs. Grains
60 lbs. Beans
10 quarts Cooking Oil
60 lbs. Honey
8 lbs. Salt
16 lbs. Powdered milk
I had firearms experience in the military, but was not a gun owner afterwards. Don’t hunt and didn’t see the need.
That has changed.
Have only been to range once with my new purchases, but will go again soon.
It’s basically reckless now to be unarmed.
I like getting the freshly made almond butter.
same here—it’s not venezuela, but toilet paper, paper towels, isopropyl alcohol and many cleaning supplies are still empty shelves or stocked with brands never heard of...
