Every single player, coach and ref took a knee during the National Anthem at the Pelicans-Jazz game on Thursday.
Every single member of Utah Jazz and New Orleans Pelicans wore a Black Lives Matter t-shirt and took a knee on the court in the NBA’s first game back.
“
The NBA has made it clear that they not only support Communist China, they also support overt Marxists hell-bent on overthrowing the US government.

FU NBA
I would like to give them a knee
the rest of what I said out loud and thought when I read this I will keep to myself
Politics or a Paycheck , pick one ?
Remember. Ain’t no law against it. Do your own thing. More than 2 can play.
Checkout the message in the blackgound of the posted pic, “NBA Whole New Game.” Just had to laugh at that. They try so hard to rebrand themselves out of existence. (Yeah, the “blackground” thing is me being funny.)
Hard to believe a bunch of overpaid multimillionaires would support socialism.
No way in hell will I support any sport who gives in to rioters and black racists.
If all whites can be held responsible for some whites owning slaves hundreds of years ago,
Then,
All blacks should be held responsible for blacks capturing those black slaves in Africa,
And,
All Arabs must also be held responsible for buying, transporting and then reselling those slaves to the slave owners here in the USA.
If one of these is right then all three of them have to be correct.
The thug league has become the commie league. FU, your league and your horse’s horse. FU!!!!
There are laws against assault and I would get banned from freerepublic if I typed what I was thinking out loud what I read this :-)
On their knees - their favorite position.
They’re not kneeling.
They’re kowtowing.
I will not watch these rich fools.
So? I don’t watch them, buy their crap, or purposely support their sponsors. I don’t vote for funds to go to the rebuilding of Key Arena in Seattle, where I live close by in Tacoma, so they can recover an NBA team like the one they lost when the Sonics bailed on them as a favor to the Thunder organization.
They have lost me for good. And I hope enough of us go and leave them bankrupt within two years at the most. Besides, less players, less thugs on the street when they are not on the court.

So we are all in agreement here that the NFL and the NBA and MLB should no longer be viewed by anyone here.
But I wouldn’t hold it against someone who did. It would take about 10 minutes to find out my hypocrisy in companies that I use that are incredibly leftist.
They are just practicing for their North Korea tour—hopefully one way tickets!
My teenager was watching it and I saw some of it. There were extended segments of BLM propaganda funded by the NBA, slogans on the court, slogans on the player’s shoes and jersies, and all the commercials were heavily populated by black actors everywhere. The coaching staffs all wore black, with “Equality” stenciled on the front. Since only two whites were playing, between the two teams, I suppose that irony (equality!) was lost upon these low IQ dopes. I guess we now live in Wakanda. Overall, the whole thing was nauseating.
If I watched Basketball I would quit!!!
They are actively disgracing our country’s anthem and giving us the middle finger. They have made the one thing that should be an escape from politics, political. Corporate sports have no allegiance to America, so at least stop playing the damned anthem at this point. But then they can’t show their hate for America, so that will never happen.
One might think that they were simply signing their future death warrants for when the SHTF...
