A man who vandalized an auto parts store in Minneapolis during protests over the death of George Floyd is believed to have ties to a white supremacy group and was trying to stir tensions, according to a new court filing.
They say he is a member of the Hell’s Angels biker gang and a member of the Aryan Cowboy Brotherhood, a white supremacist gang. Video circulated on social media in late May showing the “Umbrella Man,” dressed in black, smashing windows at an AutoZone store with a sledgehammer.

There is only one problem!
As Andy Ngo tweeted the Minneapolis Police say based on an email tip, the masked black bloc “umbrella man” seen breaking windows during the riots in May is allegedly a Hell’s Angels member & part of a neo-Nazi street gang. He has not been named or charged.

This is really weak evidence for “Umbrella man” being a Hells Angel member.
As we have heard from the mainstream media:
“Authorities contacted the tipster, who said the information came from another person who wanted to remain anonymous out of fear of the man.”
An email tip sent in last week alerted authorities about the man’s intentions to “sow discord and racial unrest,” Minneapolis police Officer Emily Christensen said in the affidavit, which was filed Monday.
“Until the actions of the person your affiant has been calling ‘Umbrella man,’ the protests had been relatively peaceful,” the warrant said. “The actions of this person created an atmosphere of hostility and tension. Your affiant believes that this individual’s sole aim was to incite violence.”
The protests weren’t peaceful for sure even before the so-called “umbrella man” started rioting!
This is very confusing, are they saying he joined Antifa, that he just happened to be around and decided to break some things, or that he was trying to frame the people who were already burning down much of MN without his help?
If it really was a right-winger, the police and antifa would have tried to find him

The email I got said he was a Marxist who hated whites and Jews.
I always thought white college-age communists with huge student loan debt started the riots.
That’s another plus for umbrellas, they do make effective stealth weapons. They can also concentrate a surprisingly amount of force into a very small point for breaking glass windows.
That would describe an Antifa person perfectly.
All I see is a guy protesting. Mostly peacefully. Isn’t that what we’re supposed to see?
Color me confused.
PS: Aryan Brotherhood shares the Muslim and Black Lives Matter goal of promoting race war. They used to be affiliated with members of the Manson Family in prison, until Charlie got in a dispute with them.
