Aurora police are investigating a shooting on Interstate 225 after a vehicle drove through protesters marching on the highway Saturday evening. The protests began as a call for justice for Elijah McClain, who died after Aurora police officers put him in a chokehold nearly one year ago.
The police said a protester fired a weapon — eyewitnesses said that firing may have been aimed at the driver — hitting another protester, who was taken to a hospital in stable condition. Witnesses reported a second protestor was also shot. A third person was injured after she jumped or fell off a wall on I-225 as the chaos began.

Videos of the car following the incident shows at least one tire was popped, possibly by the mob. It is unclear if they hit anyone.

Many protesters hung together and by about 8 p.m. a large crowd was once again assembled at the Aurora Municipal Center.
Organizers urged the crowd to disperse, and most did. But dozens stuck around, breaking windows, ripping off protective wood panels that had been attached to government buildings, setting off fireworks and breaking down a fence outside the police headquarters. Aurora police tweeted multiple times that those people would be subject to arrest, but late Saturday night, as nearly all protesters had gone home, a department spokesman said that the police had arrested zero protesters.
Idiot city governments that threaten arrests and do nothing deserve what they get. Idiot rioters who get shot by their own in Colorado and Kentucky deserve what they get too.
I agree 100% let them exercise their 2nd Amendment rights, they are all terrible shots and keep shooting each other. It’s a win, win situation.

Highway robbery was a major problem in the past and may become one again unless law enforcement and judges act vigorously.
Once most stores have been looted in a neighborhood, the roads are the next target area.
I panic easily. People often buy guns out of fear. Millions of prescriptions have been written for anxiety and panic disorder.

block traffic you should get at least a 10 grand fine and community service. Riot and attack police you get a minimum 2 years [prison and let them shout BLM to the black gangs LOL Oh and I am sure the Aryan brotherhood would welcome them too

Blocking traffic isn't simply blocking traffic; based on what we've seen, the person in a stopped vehicle could be the target of violence.
So the motorist is left with two choices: Calmly stay in the car surrounded by the mob and run the risk of being beaten or killed, or run someone (or several people) over in order to get away.
When seconds count the Police will be there in minutes, hours, days, weeks...
When they finally get there they will Arrest you for calling them.
He needs to establish 24/7 protection for his household.
