Laughing out loud!
I never joined Twitter so the format is totally unfamiliar to me.
I find it impossible and really aggravating to read a string of TWITTERS.
I thought I was the only one.

To think that the Civil War could have been avoided if South Carolina had just found a judge to issue a TRO preventing President Lincoln from sending supplies to Fort Sumter.

Horse-hockey. Medford was a cesspool back in the late 80s/early 90s and from what Ive heard still is.

It will be reversed by a 9th circuit court of appeals panel. Just takes a little time to shop the case.

parens patriae. as a basis for the lawsuit is VERY sketchy. In essence it is the doctrine that the government has a duty to protect its citizens. The same argument could be made AGAINST the state of Oregon by the federal government. In essence, the Feds could say that Oregon is not protecting it’s citizens.

These important protests have, in Portland, centered on a four-block area
Therein lies the rub.
These riots are highly localized. Looks impressive on close up camera, but otherwise is akin to a crowd of 5 in an otherwise empty stadium.

Michael W. Mosman is a Dubya judge.
Looks like he didn't "grow in office"...
