I had a good friend , he was an artillery sergeant in Vietnam. "Paul'' was the person who first put me on the road to understanding the conservative point of view. He also informed on the nature of the Left, how the Nazis were Leftists, not ''right wingers and some 20 years ago told me who George Soros was and what a threat he was. He also explained to me what the social contract was and he warned me that someday in the not too distant furture it would break down and he always told me "Arm yourself, get a gun''. Paul died four years ago and I'm in the process of filing for a firearms permit here in NJ but I doubt I'll get one. But my friend was right. He was so right.

The Silly Portland Autonomous Zone (SPAZ) will end up the same way as Seattle’s - I have the good luck and sense not to live there so I don’t care all that much.

Both Portland and Seattle have been a hotbed for this since 2007 at least.
They setup a on-line Troll Room, paid for by NBA players to attack anyone who opposed Obama.

There have been weekend protests in downtown Portland since at least 2000.
Unlike Seattle, its highly unlikely Portland will do anything about it unless downtown businesses and residents vote with their feet.

The Nazis were indeed right-wing. That is according to the European political spectrum and is why the 'Western' political spectrum has been conflated with the European spectrum to falsely align Republicans/Conservatives as European political right-wing Nazis & Fascist.

Benjamin Franklin was classic European liberalism(left). Our founding fathers were all classic liberals, which began our western political spectrum pinned with classical-liberalism(left) on the right. Anything left of our founding fathers libertarian intended ideals was a move towards socialism, despotism, communism, fascism... leftist.

Democrats are left wing socialism/authoritarian, more gov.

Republicans are left of our founders Euro 'Classic Liberalism' or (right-wing western libertarian), minimal gov.

I disagree with you. There were no ‘’liberals’’ or ‘’conservatives’’ at the time the Founders put forth the Constitution and The Bill Of Rights. The Nazis were ‘’right wing’’? Really?
