Anyone who watches Morning Joe regularly has witnessed daily reminders of Donald Trump's overly-optimistic statements at the beginning of the pandemic about the virus subsiding. Joe's maniacal obsession with taunting President Trump on the matter has at times gotten so bad that even his wife Mika Brzezinski at one point feared for Joe's mental health.
But on Monday's show, NBC correspondent Kasie Hunt claimed that the media "truly, deeply, hope" that the virus is brought under control.

I almost fell out of my chair this morning. I saw an NBC piece that interviewed 5 random pediatricians about their thoughts on returning to school next month. They were adamant that there was a much higher risk if schools were not opened back up than any risk to the kids of covid from school. All 5 said they wouldn’t think twice about sending their kids to school.
I expect the reporter and his editor to be suspended or fired for not following the “DNC Pary” line.
Most likely, as a leftist, she meant, “deeply hope for success OF virus.”

Yup, they are full of crap. IMO not enough bad things can happen to these people....
Plus, what are they testing for? Antibodies? What does it prove if you have antibodies? That you have the virus and can transmit it, or you are now clear?
The Florida China Virus dashboard shows a total number of cases, but that count started months ago. Surely, people who tested positive 2 months ago can't possibly still be sick.
Are they just trying to scare people with high numbers? Hmmm...
They have to be very careful how they wind it down. Too fast and Trump gets re-elected. Too slow and Trump gets re-elected. What to do? What to do?
Why did they feel it was necessary to say this ?

The point they even have to say this shows how much they hate any positive news.
They tested 120,000 in a very short amount of time. Their death rate and infection rate is STILL very low.
If Trump loses Coronavirus will be cured. If he wins it will be the worst disease ever. If you are old and in any kind of care facility after Trump wins, start praying and get your will and testament in order.
That’s probably why they rolled her out to give the response she did.
Now it proves they’re ALL sincere.

Old people are the low hanging fruit when it comes to generating death statistics. Easy to knock them off and cause the number of funerals to go up.

Almost all of the opposition to reopening is coming from the very politicized teachers unions. One union in LA even ‘demanded’ school closure until BLM demands for defunding the police were met. IOW, the teachers unions are using the virus as an excuse to go on strike.
