What is it with Joe Biden and Mother Nature? It is like the primal force of the universes continue to plague his campaign. We already had his campaign upended by chirping birds and flying electrons that messed up the broadcasts of his virtual town halls. And now again the chirping birds are back along with falling rain that upstaged his speech in Dumore, Pennsylvania to hilarious results as you can see.

I don't get it. He's raising all this vast amounts of money and he still can't hire a decent online streaming producer? I have seen streaming from teenagers on YouTube that are vastly superior to anything O’Biden has managed to come up with so far.
