Crybaby traitor, frickin’ doughboy dooshbhag deep state useful idiot.

I wager he’ll be commentator on CNN soon, and has a big book deal just waiting for him.

Rehab assignment and National War College don’t really track: rehab assignment means he needs a better effectiveness report on top, and NWC is a highly competitive selection, which he likely would not get if he has a bad or even so-so top report.

Annoying the boss is generally career-limiting.

Vindman went to the dark political side a long time ago. All he is doing is cashing in on his decision. He will join a left wing think tank where they will pay him handsomely and encourage him to practice his trade. I’m sure that he hopes to become a full blown member of the coup d’etat cabal.

This whole article is a lying waste.

“The President of the United States attempted to force LTC Vindman to choose: Between adhering to the law or pleasing a President. Between honoring his oath or protecting his career. Between protecting his promotion or the promotion of his fellow soldiers,” Pressman told CNN. “These are choices that no one in the United States should confront, especially one who has dedicated his life to serving it.”

There is so much crap in this it would take an idiot to buy into it.

First - there was nothing to make a choice about. Trump didn’t ask him to do anything unlawful. That was proven by the disgraced impeachment work in the house and ultimately his BS being so ridiculous it was tossed in the Senate. Vindman didn’t have anything to say that was worthy of anything.

He violated articles under the UCMJ for stepping out of his chain of command, and released sensitive information to the outside world, COMSEC & OPSEC violations. If I read the article right, he was a light colonel that hadn’t even attended war college yet. He was a field grade officer at O-5 with the rank of a commander in the field but hadn’t received the training for it which he should have at 0-3/0-4. So much for the promotion but he had already been promoted twice without that training to field grade. He was a pencil pusher.

Commissioned in 1999 as an infantry officer, Vindman received a Purple Heart medal for wounds he received from an IED attack in the Iraq War in 2004. In other words, wrong place wrong time...accident, not earned by just being there.

I have no idea what he said had to do with the promotion of his fellow soldiers. That is a grandstand play full of it.

“These are choices that no one in the United States should confront....

These are choices military members make every day. They chose by the oath to follow the commands of their superiors and stay within the lawful needs of the military based upon mission requirements and their protection. He never should have gone that far. He was a threat to the mission of the country with these actions.

...even if he had opted to attend the National War College.”

I understood that his follow-on assignment after being booted from the NSC was supposed to be a one year assignment to the war college. I think there's a service obligation attached to the schooling (so that the government gets its money back on the investment). By that point, even if Trump is reelected, Vindman's fifteen minutes of fame would long be up and he would merely be a privileged military officer forced to live merely off a officer's salary and benefits and denied TV appearances, book advance checks and cocktail party invitations. If he retires now, he can get some plum appearances on MSNBC and CNN and a book deal (which will get more attention because it will be held up for classification review if Trump wins) before all of those bennies expire.

The name error is from the original article. His name is Alexander, not Andrew.
