What Ghislaine Maxwell knows
Washington Examiner ^ | July 2, 2020 | Tiana Lowe

...That sound you hear is that of princes, politicians, and international party girls and playboys all shaking in their boots with the realization that a woman with everything to gain and nothing left to lose is in the custody of prosecutors who would love to hear her secrets.

Maxwell spent decades as Epstein's girlfriend slash partner in crime. She stands accused of orchestrating the procurement of children to rape and traffic to their famous friends. A comprehensive case detailing what exactly Maxwell knows would probably require a book, not a news item, but it's worth evaluating just what she was likely privy to.

Maxwell is supposed to know about most of Prince Andrew's alleged dealings with Epstein's sex slaves. She's in the background of the infamous photo of the resigned senior royal with Virginia Roberts Giuffre, Epstein's most vocal victim. But the prince is far from the only person to fear Maxwell's capture. Giuffre claims that Maxwell's onetime best friend, Naomi Campbell, knew of her abuse. If Alan Dershowitz abused Giuffre, as she has claimed (Dershowitz denies it), Maxwell would likely know.

Perhaps even more important, though, is whatever Maxwell knows about how Epstein and his associates skirted justice for so long. According to prosecutors, the heiress of publishing tycoon Robert Maxwell has 15 bank accounts with millions of dollars, passports from three countries, and a global network of elite connections willing to help her out of fear as much as friendship...

My little card-counting experiment in AC failed because my bankroll was too small, and I hit a run of bad cards. That was enough for me. I’m out of that game.

SMART guy!

A little update to my post #63. I last went to Atlantic City in 1975 (gives you an idea of how old I am). And I just did a little research. Evidently since 1979 AC can no longer ban card-counters.
Ah...if I were only 25 again. I’d be back in the game. But now I think I’d rather just sit on my back porch and listen to Rosemary Clooney.

If you were 25 again you'd be BORED outta your gourd with most of the people that age. They would seem like little babies you. You would have only your spinal cord in common with them.

Rosemary Clooney?
Lol. I listen to classical music, still performed today. THAT tells you how wonderful that REALLY old music is from the "THREE B's": Bach, Beethoven and Brahms. :o)

All the big casinos ban card counters.
Professional card counters have to use disguises in order to play.
They work in groups to decrease the odds of going bust.
I talked to one once, who explained the difficulties and advantages.
"Worked" six months, took six months off. And it is work.

I'm retired after working 50 years. It is WONDERFUL.
I stay away from casinos because after a while, a couple of days, it is DEADLY boring.
I used to LOVE to play craps...but even then, enough is enough.

I hope she spent those months of hiding by dictating everything she knows about the Epstein Affair.

There are LOTS AND LOTS of high and mighty folks worldwide who need to be taken down to ground level. A nice, juicy scandal would be just the thing. Give us the passenger manifest — and the onboard “menu” — for the Lolita Express, for openers.
