Bring them together and let them race it off, the top 40 get to the top division, the next 40 get to drive a lower division and the bottom 20, better luck next year...

I notice that the MSM coverage says only that the noose was present before Bubba moved in, so it was not intended for Bubba in particular. That implies that it WAS a real KKK-type noose intended to intimidate blacks, and that racist NASCAR had no problem with that.

The Free Republic coverage says that "nooses" were found on plenty of other NASCAR garages, and they were just pull-down loops for the doors.
