Susan Rice, a former UN ambassador and national security advisor under President Barack Obama, has skyrocketed up the odds to be Joe Biden’s running mate.
Rice is +650 in odds posted Sunday at 888sports' UK-facing betting site, the third choice just behind Florida Rep. Val Demings, who is at +550. California Sen. Kamala Harris remains the favorite at -134. That marks Harris' best odds ever. Ten days ago, Rice was +2500 to be Biden’s running mate before reports emerged that she was one of six women seen as serious contenders and on the short list.

indicted. And being indicted might cause her to tell where the bodies

Harris has a tendency to let her mouth and her past get her into trouble. On top of that, her demeanor is strange. She acts like a slut. Even SNL picked up on it.
Rice may be a liar, but she is lying for the party and the Liberal cause and that will be seen as a strength, not a weakness.
She is a weak link in the various investigations going on. If she were a candidate, she could claim some sort of immunity to being scrutiny as Biden whined when his son and he were exposed as the crooks they are.

Another interesting tidbit for the tinfoil hatters: In 1998, Rice was a member of an American delegation to visit detained Nigerian president-elect Basorun M. K. O. Abiola. During this meeting, Abiola suffered a fatal heart attack.
Kamala Harris is, compared to Susan Rice, a nobody. Susan Rice is a dream President for every evil force at work in our public life today. If a Biden-Rice ticket wins the election, she will be President within six months.
If the dems think Biden can hide in the basement until after the election, they have a lot of room on the VP choice. If Biden doesn't last that long, they need a woman with some chance of electability. Issues don't really matter; they are running the election as a sustained hatefest against Trump. But the candidate needs to at least pass the laugh test.
Rice carries a pile of garbage on her back beginning with her days as a Clinton flunky at the State Department. She closed down a Sudan embassy without reason, and when offered Osama Bin Laden on a silver platter by the Sudan Govt, turned it down. Given her lack of mental acuity she was thought to have been an EEO hire. That reputation continues to this day.
