I just hope they aren’t removing the garbage, because it would be fitting if Rats took over the encampment.

As I said, and as I will not retract, the mayor and governor are completely responsible for all the crimes that take place in this occupied area. They are unindicted criminals.
I want to know where the money comes from to fund the maggot-infested potheads. From mommy and daddy? More likely from you and me.
They walk around like zombies, waiting for one of their kind to do something spectacularly stupid, and then they will all join in. They are living off someone else’s work. Seattle police chief Carmen Best has bluntly told the media that “Our calls for service have more than tripled. These are responses to emergency calls — rapes, robberies, and all sorts of violent acts that have been occurring in the area that we’re not able to get to.”
It is not a good situation there. Not at all. It’s so bad, in fact, that some people who lived in the area before it was taken over by left-wing anarchists are telling reporters they feel like “sitting ducks”:
“We are just sitting ducks all day,” Matthew Ploszaj told Seattle-based KIRO 7. “Now every criminal in the city knows they can come into this area, and they can do anything they want, as long as it isn’t life-threatening. And the police won’t come in to do anything about it.”
Ploszaj said he called 911 after witnessing a burglar break into his courtyard and steal a bike, the outlet reported. Then he said the dispatcher told him there was “nothing we can do” unless someone’s life is in danger.

Their job is to make sure the laws under their jurisdiction are followed. Why pass any law at any level if it won't be followed anyway? Our entire system of government is failing...

Excellent points, all. And a major reason I spent my entire working life denying Mother Government the use of my Tax Dollars at every opportunity.
If you want to feel a little bit empowered, educate yourself about your taxes and adjust your payroll deductions accordingly.
Starve the beast! Do NOT give Mother Government the interest-free loan of your dollars throughout the year because you’re a poor planner and can’t live without that tax ‘refund’ (*SNORT*) at the end of the year!
