Body camera footage from Officer Garrett Rolfe and Officer Devin Brosan were released by the Atlanta Police Department on Saturday.
The footage clearly shows Atlanta police officers behaving respectfully and doing everything they were supposed to do.
According to reports Rayshard Brooks fell asleep in a Wendy’s parking lot on Friday night.
When the police arrived Rayshard failed a breathalyzer test. Then when police attempted to arrest Brooks he became violent.
Brooks was caught on camera wrestling with police and resisting arrest.
He was shot dead after he took the officer’s taser gun and fled down the street and fired the taser at police.

Brooks was fighting two police officers.
Now new video released shows the officers being patient and respected to Rayshard Brooks before he resisted arrest.
It appears the police did everything in their power to keep calm and control the situation.
It’s when Brooks became violent, beat the police, and then fired the taser at police that he ended up dead.
There’s a lesson here.

We’ve gone insane. The perp had a weapon in his hand he had taken from the cop during an assault. He wasn’t handcuffed and unconscious, obviously. This was a good shoot in any book that isn’t written by a cop hater.

Why? Who used a choke hold? Chauvin certainly didn’t- (I know you know that- just making the point that some claim he was choking floyd- he wasn’t)
A Knee on the back of the neck isn’t a choke hold- nowhere near a choke hold- choke holds cut off air- and cuts off blood flow to brain- Floyd was breathing and talking right up to the point his heart gave out due to the cardiopulmonary event he suffered because of his drug use and two serious heart problems and the stress of the fight he caused- If he had been in a choke hold- he would not have been breathing or talking- He might have been able to get a few words out, but they would have been severely distorted due to being choked- His voice was not distorted at all- and he talked for 6 minute plus- breathing the whole time-

They want a black tyrannocracy where a violent minority makes the rules. That’s what Lebron James was talking about the other day - voting isn’t enough for them because they will always be a minority. So he wants extra votes for black people to cancel out white votes, or just throw out voting entirely and simply allow a black junta to appoint leaders as they do in Africa.

I’m wondering at this point when a mayor’s power becomes an abuse of power? How close did the mayor of Atlanta skate to this line and did she cross it?
