Joe Biden Blanks Out and Then Insults Martin Luther King In Disastrous Public Comments(Dementia-Joe)
RedState ^ | June 11, 2020 | Bonchie

Joe Biden’s staffers have to be dreading the day the full campaign gets back into swing. Keeping the former vice president in the basement has perhaps done more for his chances in 2020 than any other single factor.

Case in point? This is what happens when he leaves the confines of his home and tries to talk to people in public.

Drew Holden @DrewHolden360 Serious Q: At what point does the mainstream media start talking about this?

Dems have chosen as their presidential nominee a man who - despite the unique protection afforded by quarantine - very clearly is seeing his mental facilities erode.

It’s devastating & inescapable. https://twitter.com/francisbrennan/status/1271125440325959680 …

Francis Brennan (Text TRUMP to 88022) @FrancisBrennan "You know the rapidly rising umm uh in with uh with I don't know." - Joe Biden.

Biden forgetting things and being unable to complete a sentence has become all too common. It’s not normal and it’s not the result of a childhood stutter as he and his defenders like to claim. Also, who told him hanging a mask off his ear is a thing to do here? Just take the mask off instead of looking ridiculous.

But things got much worse as Biden continued speaking. At one point, he made an absolutely insane comment regarding Martin Luther King.

ForAmerica 🇺🇸 ✔ @ForAmerica Joe Biden: “Even Dr. King’s assassination did not have the worldwide impact the George Floyd’s death did.

Wait, what?

MLK’s impact was leading the charge to end Jim Crow and taking the biggest step toward limiting racism since the abolition of slavery. George Floyd’s death is tragic, but it’s hardly been a major moment of change in regards to actual policy. To even make that comparison is absolutely ludicrous and insulting to MLK’s legacy.

But this is what happens when you feel the need to constantly up your woke cred. Biden knows he has a huge issue hanging around his neck in regards to the 1994 crime bill. No matter how much he tries to run from it, he can’t hide that he used to brag about writing the bill. While there are parts of the bill that were arguably good (and crime did drop), there are other parts of it that now enjoy widespread disapproval, especially in the black community. Biden has to deal with that and he’s doing an awful job of it. As I wrote this morning, he had a meltdown when questioned on it during a NAACP round table.

This is a guy who can’t control his emotions and can’t keep a coherent thought when off The teleprompter. It’s a bad situation for Democrats, who basically have to hope coronavirus prevents the campaign from resuming.

There is nothing that tells us more about the commie democrat party and their followers than the selection of a man of obvious, visible, public, unsound mind to be President of the most powerful nation on planet earth. The communists that are now in control of the massive assault on the USA have made it plain and undeniable that their intention is to destroy this Republic and institute a world wide govt with no input from any of the US citizens who now live in a country that is the envy of people through out the world. Immigrants come to the USA because of what we are now. Not for what they just left behind. Biden is the face of the commie democrat party and will of course not be anything more than a doped up president if elected. Decision time coming soon. No excuses for voting for the commie democrat party this election. We are seeing what America will become if they get the White House. God bless Pres Trump and his supporters.

This reminds me of the Star Trek Nazi episode where they have a doped up President figurehead but the Nazis are running the world.

RE: Media’s only hope

There always can be “technical difficulties.” Those would have to last about an hour, though.

Slow Joe’s obviously addled condition, growing worse, is no longer funny. But why are the Dems allowing him to continue? Is it his wife’s burning desire to be First Lady? (Lady Macbeth-ish) Are they planning to jettison him before the election? Is he a sacrificial lamb for Trump’s reelection shoo-in? Whatever it is, it’s become unseemly.

“Joe Biden: “Even Dr. King’s assassination did not have the worldwide impact the George Floyd’s death did”

I’m not so sure that is really far from the truth.

The MSM is much more in control today, 50 years of groundwork has been laid.

Pouncing on an arguable statement as a sign of dementia is protesting too much.

We won’t really know the answer for months or years, but were there widespread discussions about ‘defunding’, or eradicating the police in many cities? Autonomous zones? streets painted in giant letters visible from space?

Joe says a lot I disagree with, but that sentence is not really a viable basis for a diagnoses of dementia so much as an interesting place from which to start an argument.

The left is reaching too far, let’s not do so as well.

“The only reason for that is SOCIAL MEDIA”

Quite possibly right, but also likely that the black population of European urban areas was much less back in ‘68. It’s easy to forget that MLK is an American icon, not necessarily a world-wide icon.

Ole Joe might have dementia, but on this one he’s right. MLK’s impact was solely on the U.S. race relations. His assassination, as far as I recall, had no worldwide impact. There weren’t riots—excuse me, peaceful protests—in Europe over it.

In the 1960's Europe did not yet have a significant black population.

The blacks in the UK were mainly from Jamaica, and they were good workers, not lazy at all. The problem though, were the offspring, who became more radicalized.

The irony is that your veneration of King is one huge virtue signal that many people simply can’t resist the siren call of it all even now
But it’s a sign of weakness to our enemies
Proving how non racist you are doesn’t advance our victory against socialists anarchists or racial redress Jacobins one millimeter
In fact it plays into their hand
Preserving western civilization is going to take white people stopping doing that frankly and to begin ACTING IN THEIR OWN SELF INTEREST
AGAIN

Thank You

During the campaign it’ll be interesting how the MSM will cover all of Biden’s gaffs; how they’d twist things around to make him sound presidential, intelligent and whatever.
/
/

They’ll bury them and loudly attack POTUS to distract. How many people saw that video of Hillary having a seizure and being held up and shuffled into a van?

Most of the under 40 crowd will agree with him that this has had more of an impact. Someone they don’t know or remember or someone who has just died. Red state is wrong on this. We need to stop making ourselves feel better with platitudes and start fighting back for real.

everyone on the right wants to win without getting their hands dirty while that’s not going to work this time. In case you haven’t noticed they are out there and they are fighting. We are not

and yes it is because we are afraid. We have things to lose we have homes we have families we have careers. They don’t. But at what point do we need to sacrifice those things possibly to win back the country?
,
,

True to the second part but impact vs reaction are two different things.

in another year or two most people won’t even remember Floyd’s name.
The reaction is bigger because of the organized paid for Marxist groups.

I do agree we need to fight, and we also need to stop thinking all of Biden’s crazy comments will ever be reported and known by the voting public. The media is in cahoots with the DNC as we all know.

That wasn't "dementia".
Joe is really that stupid.

You beat me to that one. It's a little hard to recognize dementia in someone who's already an idiot. At this point intelligent Dems (if there are any left) have to be a little suspicious that Gropin' Joe and the BLM/Antifa show are doing their best to get Trump re-elected.

I think his campaign knows that whomever they choose as a VP will be running the show in a very short time.

My suggestion to Biden’s campaign is that they procure one of those Captain Pike life support units from the Star Trek “Menagerie” episodes and henceforth limit Joe’s public comments to one beep for “yes” and two beeps for “no”.

Senile Joe will probably mess that up also, at least Captain Pike’s mind was still intact.

Joe, stop, you're babbling.

I agree with you.

Biden said this on purpose to rile us up....but also to bolster ANTIFA & BLM to keep doing what they are doing....because it is having a bigger impact than the aftermath of MLK’s death.

Biden is encouraging more violence and destruction because it is working.

He does not get a pass for being a bumbling fool on this one.
