In honor of my 88 y.o. mother, I voted AGAINST Mack the Knife. My parents ran a drive-in restaurant in the late 1950s with a jukebox with the sound pumped throughout the building and parking lot. Mom said that the first couple of times she heard this song, it was okay but after hearing it 20-30 times a day, it began to make her skin crawl. She says that she still gets that feeling to this day when she hears that song.

I wont vote for it.
Awful story wrapped in a cool 40s Sinatra melody.

OK I’ll post picks.
Rock Around the Clock (this was hard to do)
Heartbreak Hotel (the weaker pair by far for me; but I’ll pick Elvis over a murder song any day)

Mona Lisa
Ok.
Heartbreak Hotel
OK. Ok. Ok!
Rock around the clock (actual vote).
Hope this doesn’t mess up your computerized voting system.
