...Attorney Ty Clevenger wrote to Richard Grenell at the DNI and shared the following:
I am reliably informed that the NSA or its partners intercepted at least some of the communications between Mr. Rich and Wikileaks. Before elaborating on that, however, I should first note the extent to which the deep state has already tried to cover up information about Mr. Rich. In an October 9, 2018 affidavit submitted in a Freedom of Information Act lawsuit, FBI section chief David M. Hardy testified that (1) the FBI did not investigate any matters pertaining to Mr. Rich, and (2) the FBI was unable to locate any records about Mr. Rich. Both claims were unequivocally false...

That site sometimes picks up some interesting stuff that pans out, but unfortunately is not reliable enough to be accepted without further citations.
The posted portion isn’t very illuminating though.

The FBI said the DNC servers/computers were definitely hacked by Russians. We know for a fact that the DNC server leak was an inside job (and many of us have known this for years). The closely-spaced file creation times show that the leak was to a thumb drive at the servers and not through an online hack. The FBI is, again, lying to the American people. Comey, Brennan, Clapper, and the rest of the Deep State traitors disgust me. Anyone involved with this ongoing attempt to overthrow the duly-elected President of the Untied States should be tried for treason and should never walk free again.

The thing is... Roger Stone should never have been the subject of any investigation. The entire premise was fake and an illegal construction.
He was essentially prosecuted for being a loudmouth guy who Alex Jones would have on the radio once in a while. Few would have sympathy.
In my mind everything he has been through makes this truly a tragedy. Nice entertaining guy, looks like he had a happy life which was completely ruined by people for political reasons. Collateral damage for them.
There is morally no difference in the persecution of Flynn and that of Stone. Stone’s case should be dropped as well. It is the fruit of a poisoned tree.

Right. They weren’t hacked. They files were downloaded directly from the server.

So the big problem is how the counter-intelligence process worked. That is, under what circumstances can an intelligence agency sanction a leak? What is the process? Who is authorized to order his death, as well as hiding the circumstances of the leak?Assuming that Seth Rich was an American citizen, and he was murdered on American soil, everyone involved in a scheme to murder this, including the one who committed the act, would be guilty of murder, as well as conspiracy to commit the murder, no matter what "crime" Seth Rich was alleged to commit. The action is no different than a mob boss ordering a hit.

According to the congressional testimony of the DNC IT Director Andrew Brown, as far as he knows, that was a false story.
Q Now, did the FBI ever receive access to DNC servers to do their own exploitation?
A Yeah. So at every step of the way we fully cooperated with everything the FBI requested of us.
And to my knowledge, everything that the FBI requested they received.
Once -- you know, with the expertise and the background and experience that CrowdStrike had, they became the main point of contact in dealing with the FBI on behalf of the DNC.
So requests that the FBI would have while they were doing their investigation, they would give to CrowdStrike, and we always said, yes, please do that.
Q But do you know, or does the DNC now know if the FBI ever had access to the infrastructure to do their own analysis
A It's my understanding that, yes. So the servers that were compromised in this attack were imaged. So what that means is most of these servers were not like a physical box --
Q Sure.
A -- running an OS. They were a box that had multiple servers running on them in a virtual environment.
So the images of those virtual servers, as well as the physical servers, were taken.
And that is an important distinction because that means that not only were the -- it means that the running state of the server was captured, so not only the information that was on the hard drive and maybe logs that existed but the actual working memory of that server was captured.
Those server images were, as far as I know, turned over by CrowdStrike to the FBI, so the FBI could investigate them.
more here - they catch comey in a lie...kind of:
https://intelligence.house.gov/uploadedfiles/ab3.pdf
Q I want to ask about the server or the servers at the DNC, and you talked with my colleagues a little bit about that. I just want to clarify, were the actual physical servers turned over to the FBI?
A So images of those servers. So the physical hardware itself was not removed from the premise, but a virtual image of the running servers were taken and turned over.
And that was the level of detail, which, again, is greater than what could -- if the servers were turned over, they would have to be unplugged and turned over, and there would be information that was lost when those servers were taken offline.
So based on the recommendation and request of CrowdStrike to create images of those running servers that would contain not only the information stored on disk, but the working information stored in the memory of the computer; that was what CrowdStrike requested for the purpose of their investigation, and is what I believe that they passed along to the FBI for the FBI to conduct its own investigation.
Q That's what I thought. I wasn't sure from your conversation earlier.
But the former Director of the FBI, James Comey, actually testified before the Senate Intelligence Committee earlier this year and said that while the FBI did not have access to the servers themselves, they were able to obtain the relevant information they needed to understand the intrusion and that they had obtained that from CrowdStrike.
starting at page 35, they get into Seth Rich...Brown says he knew Seth well...

Not necessarily. Clinton’s Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown was clearly and obviously assassinated for high treason. He had sold the Chinese the location of the National Security Agencies listening posts on China’s perimeter as well as the names and personal information of those agents manning those posts.
And the *way* Brown was assassinated meant that the USG wanted to send a profound message. It was almost theater. They even let critical witnesses talk in public about it for four days before ordering them to shut up.
Only a handful of senior US senators were allowed to speak of it after the event. And when asked the same question by journalists, “Was Ron Brown assassinated?”, their answers were identical: “It is against the policy of the United States to Assassinate *foreign* leaders.” Huh?
This is an indirect way of saying, “yes.”
It makes sense, really. The US must have a secret process to execute those who commit high treason. It most likely is a group of senior senators and maybe a senior federal judge, but it is outside of the administration.
This being said, while what Seth Rich did was not to part of the US government, it was part of a major party that sponsors the government. So whether he was killed by the USG or the party, who knows? But in either case, there is no interest by either of those two to pursue it as a criminal case.
