Did you hear Rush's first 20 minutes today? Rush gave an update on his health and treatments. He was vague and cryptic and it sounded to me like he's setting us up for his eventual demise. But that's just my take on it. God Bless Rush and Catherine. I hope and pray that he pulls through but a stage 4 lung cancer diagnosis is almost always a death sentence. But I'm holding out hope that he does beat this. After all I had expected Alex Trebek to be gone by now after his stage 4 pancreatic cancer diagnosis. Ive known several people in my life that passed quickly after such a diagnosis. Prayers for Rush and Catherine.
I got the same impression. He was conveying the end is in sight and that he will be getting more and more sporadic in appearances on the show.
I completely reject this, in the name of Jesus Christ! The ultimate healer.
Heard it the same way. It’s so, so sad.
AMEN.
I didnt get that at all. I think he was just trying to explain his voice strength and. Ive felt his voice is very strong.Continued prayers daily.
AMEN, AMEN
He sounds great in this third hour. When he gets behind the Mic, he gets his Samson strength.
He sounds great to me too.
I pray every day for both of them. It may be he is just having a tough time right now. I hope God spares him, we need his voice and heart. There is no one who can replace him.
I am a physician. I have known two well documented cases in which stage-4 carcinoma disappeared: one of metastatic melanoma, one of intrahepatic metastatic adenocarcinoma.
IF/when he does pass on, steel yourselves for the disgusting and demoralizing celebrations from the Left and their controlled media.
Quit being a negative nancy. It’s like you are WISHING death on Rush.
I’ve had relatives and friends die on me since I was a kid from cancer to Alzheimer’s and one thing I learned is never give up hope. Unless the doctors and the patient SAY SO, they live.
One of my aunts is a cancer survivor and we THOUGHT she was going to die but with prayers she recovered. The doctors have her initially pegged at 80% she would not recover but she did, which is a miracle.
It ain’t over until it’s over.
Such good news! It does happen, but can never be predicted. We can only pray and keep our hope alive.
A lot of people are able to live a good while with the lung cancer he has. He sounded fine to me today.
You're absolutely right. Beginning of the first hour he sounded a little rough, but by the second hour even the mojo was back. Third hour; sounds like Rush.
A lady who used to work with me was diagnosed with Stage IV lung cancer (don’t know any other details), about 8 years ago. She is now 70 and seems to be in good health for her age.
