I just saw it on Fox News. It didn’t seem like a joke at all. He said it angrily, like he says everything else when he’s not beating up Cornpop and having black children rub his hair legs.

Of course it wasn’t a joke. He means it. Democrats do take the black vote for granted. Democrats take the black vote for granted based on the false idea that Republicans are racist , and so blacks should vote for Democrats to vote Against Racism.

Speaking to the host, Charlamagne tha God’s challenge:
“It’s a long way until November. We’ve got more questions.”
Biden replied:
“You’ve got more questions? Well, I tell you what, if you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black.”
Tell a black person that if they don’t vote for you, they ain’t black. Great strategy. Unfortunately, “Charlemagne” pretty much gave him a pass when he should have put Joe in his place. Apparently, Charlemagne is still stuck on the plantation. Some will not forgive Joe so easily.

Oh yes you have. Your whole party has. Your party's philosophy has been to keep them united by keeping them angry and deprived of economic growth and directing their anger at your political opponents. This worked great when your political opponents were gutless, spineless Republicans. Not anymore.
So I guess Obama only won with the black vote and no real white people voted for Obama.
