That raises some questions. Have Obama's minions been cleared out of the IRS and other government agencies? If Trump observes a problem and wants to clean house, will the corrupt Democrats work hard to subvert the President's authority?

Contingency plans are for if things are needed. The expense was justified because “the federal government may pay up to 75% of the cost!”
