I think a lot of conservatives are overreacting to this statement by AG Barr.
As I review the video and the transcript, what I see is Barr reading a prepared, carefully-crafted statement that is entirely proper.
Durham is investigating. That investigation is being conducted in a proper manner which is in stark contrast to what happened prior to Barr’s appointment as AG. What Barr knows so far is that those suspected of crimes and therefore being criminally investigated by Durham currently do not include Obama or Biden.
Barr knew he would be asked the question and this is his answer. I see absolutely no problem with this statement.

Based on the information he has TODAY. What happens after President Trump is re-elected, and more information is gleaned from both declassified documents, and individuals that have, and will be cooperating with the DOJ, could possibly bring events we never could have imagined. I'm usually a skeptic, but I pray every day that every crime that was committed for political, and personal gain, in every department under Obama's watch, be uncovered...that the persons responsible be named, that they be indicted, found guilty, and punished to the fullest extent of the law. And that includes the shenanigans in the Mueller investigation, and the lies told under oath during the impeachment hearings. Since I have no power to do it myself, all I can do is pray to God that justice will finally be meted out. I can only hope I live long enough to see it happen.

It wasn’t very long ago I was all geared up about the rounding up of hundreds of children used in sex trafficking and satanic rituals from tunnels. I also fell for the recordings of friends of people working in Central Park for Samaritan’s Purse - assuring us that the stories about the children being rescued are true - they were being taken to the ships and the tents.
I think we were also told to Trust Rosenstein as well, weren’t we?
It looks like President Trump is trying to protect the office of the Presidency and it’s traditions. It just isn’t done.
However, when Trump leaves office, the dims will go after him anyway.
But I doubt his executive power advocacy includes violating the law and the rights of political opponents.

Barr is absolutely right - proving that Obama and Biden did something sleazy is not proof beyond a reasonable doubt that they committed a criminal act. Preside t's a lot of discretion, and imagine trying to get that conviction - unanimously -with a federal jury.
I'm sure a lot of armchair lawyers will say there's an open and shut case...but there just isn't.
Once the public is aware of the crimes only then can we arrest the first black president.

The reason he is untouchable is because everyone is still pretending he was a legitimate President.
He is not a natural born citizen.
He was never eligible.
That’s the real problem, they all knew it and violated the Constitution.
That is really why he’s untouchable.

What is essentially going on here with Biden and Obama, is a bit of applied realpolitik.
Even if they had Obama on film molesting a small boy, and he were prosecuted for it, that would ratchet up the political gamesmanship enough notches that our political process wouldn’t survive. The next time a democrat had control of the presidency, Trump and any other republican that might have served as President since would be indicted for some manufactured “crime” 30 minutes after they took office. We would further devolve into just another tin-horn dictatorship where the party in power imprisons the party not in power on general principles.
Of course, I’m not sure that the restraint that is being exercised by this administration will be reciprocated anyway. Democrats seem to be all on board with criminalizing policy differences, so we can pretty much expect it to get worse anyway.
The Attorney General is Bill Barr. Bob Barr was a a Congressman from Georgia.
There were never going to be indictments on this matter.
