Republican Mike Garcia’s upset victory in the 25th Congressional District special election last Tuesday was a great victory for America. It suggests the possibility that California’s Republican Party may not be dead as is widely thought. The initial data on who voted and who did not vote is very encouraging for those of us who want to see the House back in Republican hands.
Election officials mailed out 480.000 ballots that contained self-addressed stamped envelopes. Only a little less than 144,000 were returned.
The available information shows that 40 percent of registered Republicans voted but just 27 percent of registered Democrats voted. That represents a huge 13-point enthusiasm gap that has to have Democrats worried. The number of independents who returned their ballot has yet to be determined.
The registration breakdown in California as follows: independent 25.5%, Democrat 44.4%, and just 25.1 percent are Republican.
These numbers clearly show that the Republican victory had a lot of help from independents which is a good sign. The rest of the data from this election shows that there are 30,000 more Democrats in the district than Republicans; 51% of voters 65 or older voted, which is good for Republicans, and just 15% of voters 35 or under voted which is very bad news for Democrats.
Now for the “Yeah but.”
There is a lingering perception that Democrats cheated to steal several California House seats in 2018 by use of vote harvesting mail in voting, now the only way to vote in the Golden State. In some races, Democrats were able to “find” enough votes to steal elections even three days after the polls closed.
They were able to do this precisely because there were multiple elections involved. That stretched out the scare resources of Republicans who were caught unprepared for the Democrats’ latest voter fraud scheme.
Garcia won by 12 points which would have been a very tough, but not at all impossible, threshold for cheating Democrats to overcome. Nevertheless,what would have happened if they tried “finding” 18,000 votes in someone’s trunk is not hard to imagine.
The chances are if they “got away” with it, Democrats would have produced a ready- made defense against their efforts to push mail-in voting on the entire country. It is not hard to imagine President Trump pointing to the result as a prime example of Democrats using mail-in voting to cheat.
This gives rise to sinister possibilities. Are the Democrats so convinced everyone hates Trump, so they can afford to let this seat go to avoid supplying ammunition against mail-in voting? Are they that confident they can just steal the seat back in November?
On the upside, the myth of Democrat invincibility in California has been broken. Republicans now know the limits of Democrat cheating power. They know that breaking the vote harvesting scheme is where they should concentrate because supportive voters are out there.
The district is 40 % Hispanic which, of course made the road a bit less bumpy for Garcia, but the fact that Hispanics have voted against Republicans with Hispanic names before cannot be overlooked.
There are many California districts with forty or more percent Hispanic populations. There is now a small light in the dark Democrat cheating tunnel, California Republicans have to keep walking toward it.
Mail-in ballots are racist and disenfranchise Black and Brown people. They can't be expected to fill out a ballot, and put it in an envelope that is already stamped and addressed.
The only solution is to automatically count every Black and Brown person as a vote for the Democrat candidate.
Could be they let us have this win to reduce resistance to mail in voting hoping for the whole ball of wax in November.
How many House seats in California did Nancy’s minions steal with votes handed in after the election? This article mentions it, but doesn’t give number.
In the last election, Oregon’s vote by mail resulted in a 67% response. In 2016, it was 80%.

The problem is that without vehement harvesting, most of the votes go in the trash with the rest of the junk mail. Most YOUNG people autopay bills by their bank or credit cards, most OLD people pay by mail.
So guess what that does to a mail-in ballot? The younger you are, the less likely you are to have one when a ballot harvester comes knocking.
We need alot of volunteer poll watchers who are honest Republicans and can discourage vote harvesting. 2018 was a year of vote harvesting especially in California. Trump knows this and there is no way he signs any bill that has any money going to those cheaters! We need to get out and VOTE in November! our republic really hangs in the balance this year!
I'm sorry folks, but there's going to be either an increase in mail-in voting or it's going to be done electronically outside of a polling station. The idea of standing in line and finding your polling station is obsolete and inefficient. Just have everyone pre-register at their county clerk up to 90 days before voting begins.
Or the dims are holding back so they don’t reveal any new cheating twists they have planned for November.
The voters in California 25th Congressional District turned against both their useless Governor and their useless Democrat Party leadership. Many Democrats got pissed off about not being able to resume their lives and get their jobs back, etc. so they opted to not vote in silence.
This turning on Democrats is alive and well across the entire USA. When I see that in Nebraska, POTUS, Donald J. Trump who is running without real opposition, beat Democrat Joe Biden by some 150,000 vote victory margin and that the GOP easily picked up two house seats...I knew doomsday was on it way to destroy the Democrat Party, politically.
States with voters favoring GOP candidates, New York, California, New Jersey,Michigan, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota,Nevada, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Virginia, etc. will all lose Senate and House seats come November, 2020!!!
And of course Trump will win in a landslide victory and be re-elected with ease against the moron, idiot, low life, Democrat, Joe Biden. End of story....Case Closed!!!

I have lately been wondering how much demonrat dominance was aided by the right not bothering? If the Right suddenly turned out like it mattered how much would that eat into the lead of a party that expects to win?
We can start with this proposal:
Republicans will vote on election day, 4 November 2020. This party generally wants to run things normally, so let them vote normally.
Democrats prefer social distancing, excessive disinfecting, and lengthy protocols. Plus, surveys of Democrats show greater numbers of them. So they get to vote on Thursday, 6 November 2020; on Saturday, 8 November 2020; and on Monday, 10 November 2020. The polling locations will be thoroughly disinfected on the intervening days with no voting. The extra time will allow for the necessary equipment to exhume many Democrats from the cemeteries and to return them neatly home.
Of course, for various technical legal reasons, we will count only votes on the actual election day as valid votes.

That is exactly what I have been thinking. This was an election for a 6 month stint until the next election. That’s all. The Democrat’s majority was never threatened-so why would they pull out all the stops to win for 6 months only, and expose their potential to cheat their way to another “win” in November?
It could have been as much of a dry run to get intel on how many extra mail-in votes they’ll need to fill out.

Most Democrats live on the street and don’t have an address or have moved twice in the last year.
I live in the district, and not a day passed that I didn’t get a fistful of Christy Smith fliers in the mail. And her commercials ran nonstop on TV too. Don’t think the Dems didn’t want to win this. What hampered them was the inability to flood the zone with carpetbaggers from LA to canvass the district in person and do mass ballot harvesting.
During the COVID19 pandemic most of the dead people receiving the cheat by mail ballots were restricted to their current resting places and could not get to a mailbox. Many others were not proficient in the English language and thought the ballots were junk mail sales ads.
