I live in Washington State, where we have had mail in only elections for years now. Every time a Democrat loses an election, it is close enough to allow for a recount.
Then the new ballots are “unexpectedly “ discovered, and amazingly, just enough of them voted a Democrat! No one ever says a word.
I am telling you that 2020 will not be like 2018! We are going to crush them!
