You may recall the mother on the playground who was arrested a few weeks ago. Thats just one case where the police overstepped their authority and implemented the so-called Gestapo tactics.
Americas founders established America as a true federalism. In a federalism all four governments established by God self, family, church, and civil government are important, and have their own role, functions, and limits.
In a federalism, there are multiple levels of government and multiple branches at each level, so that if any one branch begins to play the tyrant the other branches interpose against that branch and resist them.
Those in civil government take an oath to uphold their state Constitution and the U. S. Constitution. They do not take an oath of subservience to the federal government, and they do not take an oath of subservience to the state government.
When anyone branch makes law, policy, or court opinion repugnant to the state or national constitutions, it is the duty of the other branches of government to uphold their oath and defend the constitutions and to resist and defy that branch.
The people must assure the magistrates they will stand with them if they do right with their possession, in their persons, and in their prayers both publicly and privately.
One brave American today went viral for knowing his rights and put the police officers into their place.
From the video, we can tell that the man is from San Diego, California.

Of course, some officers are awake and know that they should respect the constitution and the bill of rights above everything else.
Just like Port of Seattle Police Officer and Special Forces Veteran Greg Anderson made an inspirational video reminding police officers they do not have unlimited powers.
I have seen officers around the country enforcing tyrannical orders; I was hoping it was a minority of officers, anymore, I am not so sure began Officer Andersons video. We do not get to violate someones Constitutional Rights
You can view the entire video, here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXDTBl1FCWs&feature=emb_title
Every officer that follows un-constitutional orders should be embarrassed to walk in the door to their homes at the end of the day. Theyre not protecting a damn thing with these Gestapo actions.
Links don’t seem to work well in excerpts.

Know your rights!! Dont be intimidated.. this is America
What specifically was the cop trying to enforce that set this guy off? He’s super upset but actually very well spoken for a guy that po’d.
Their contempt for the general public is astounding! They think masks are obviously not necessary but are careful to pretend in front of the camera that they are essential for gullible public to wear!
In this brief video clip (below), journalists casually remove masks and stand next to others when they think the cameras are off. Link to twitter video clip
The communist Democrats have a huge hold over destroying your freedom. And Trump and the Republicans are letting it happen. California, New York, and most of the Democratic States are lost.
Just saw the local cops chase out a bunch of kids who were skate boarding in the park. The kids were having fun - bothering no one. It is safer for them to be in the park than the street. But the local Gestapo would not let them stay in the park.
Bongino has told the story about a random guy who danced in a park - for no apparent reason. He said that it is the SECOND guy who dances that makes the difference.
Greg Anderson was Cop#1. Is Nick the second?
The next 1000 or so ought to be easy. There is now a path
My guess is 98% of cops will do what theyre told, Constitution and Bill of Rights be damned. Their jobs, salaries, benefits, and pensions come before our rights.
