Indictments and arrests, it’s been years.
“What did Priestap know and when did he know it? To whom did he reveal it? Is he the key witness? “
As OP you should give us a summary.
Priestap must have flipped. It was his notes that blew up the Flynn case.
Has any committee, or anyone else, ever questioned FBI agent Joe Pientka about any of the coup activities? He has to know a heck of a lot about many aspects of it, yet is hidden away like a state secret.
Maybe this week we will get the Bill Priestap testimony from the DOJ.
Preistap knew that Flynn didn’t lie, he probably testified that he told Comey that.
Pientka was supposed to have completed the 302 within 5 days of the interview. It wasn't completed until 3 weeks later. Why? Nobody's bothered to ask why it took him so long to submit it. He's MIA. We do know that Strzok was editing the form himself, and stated in a text to Page that he was "trying not to rewrite the whole thing." And we now know that Page had a hand in the editing as well.
Nobody other than the individual who originally wrote the form is supposed to change it, and it is rarely done, because at any time, that document could end up in a court of law. The last thing you want to present in a courtroom is an altered document. Has anyone discovered when Strzok and Page altered the 302, did they sign their own names to the rewritten form, or did they simply keep Pientka's name on as the original writer? I'm assuming any alterations were done on a computer which would make it easy for them to keep Pientka's name as the person who submitted it. If they left his name on the report, but altered it with, or without his knowledge, they committed fraud on the court.
The question "Where is Agent Joe Pientka?" will be right up there with the question "Who hired Craig Livingstone?"
It wasn’t so long ago that the libs were defending the muller probe, drawing our attention to all of the indictments they scored.
From Obama on down - Watergate on steroids.
