For Pete’s Sake he was a 25 year old convicted felon and thief who had more probation officers than all Freepers put together. He was wearing regular clothing, no socks, a belt, and had a bandanna around his neck a month before COVID. He was not a curious jogger. He was not looking to buy a home or do a remodel. He was up to no good and got busted. When cornered he attacked.

There are other crimes like breaking and entering, burglary, theft,etc. Those crimes have certain elements to them that must be proved in order to convict of a crime.
