so many on FR are clueless, like you. He wasn’t shot because he went in a house, or even stole anything. He was shot because he attacked the guy with a gun and tried to take it from him. That’s how he got shot.
I don’t see how this is anything less than murder. You can’t instigate an armed confrontation and then claim self defense. Stand your ground laws are for the victims not the aggressors.
