The state of Maine has a population of 1.3 million and has experienced 52 deaths (from the coronavirus, or 0.004%). Yet Governor Janet Mills (D) has extended the lockdown until June 1. As of the end of January 2020, the state was facing a $525-million shortfall with no solution in sight — until the coronavirus pandemic and a potential bailout from the federal government. The plan is to have so many states throw themselves into financial disaster, that they think Trump will have no choice but to bail them all out. They are essentially creating a hostage situation, with themselves as the suicide bombers.
I wonder what happens if Trump calls their bluff?
Their main objective is to tank the economy, its a concerted effort and we will find out as time goes on that thier are some big players in all of this

Mills of Maine is now in deep shit. She has large uncontrollable crowds showing up evryday at the Stae House defying all public health orders. Northern Maine, where there is almost no risk of infection, Restaurants are defying her orders and opening up only to be de-licensed by Health Officials.
Yep. Mills may be holding out for federal a bail out, but she may be tarred and feathered i the next day or so.
