That was painful to read.
This guy eloquently conflates ideas and casually draws these conclusions which we are to accept because of how he feels about them.
An academic egg head no different than a Wolfowitz (government and academia is full of pedigree PhD’s with zero practical experience except, writing pretty speeches). Making things “sound good” doesn’t make them so.
There are so many things screwed up this nicely written piece that it would take days of writing to unscrew it.
