The Michael Flynn case has finally been broken open, thanks to the tireless and wonderful work of Sidney Powell. Two years I wrote a post in which asserted that Flynn was framed. I believed it then and never stopped believing it. Powell released some documents which demonstrate clearly that the FBI was determined to frame Michael Flynn.
"What is our goal? Truth/Admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?," the handwritten notes of the senior official say. The notes express further concern the FBI might be "playing games."Powell says even more damning documents are on the way. You might be tempted to think "Wow, this is some really big news. Surely all the outlets will cover it."Multiple officials confirmed to Just the News that the author of the notes is William Priestap, the now-retired FBI Assistant Director for Counterintelligence and the ultimate supervisor for fired agent Peter Strzok, who led the Russia probe.
You'd be wrong.
There was nothing this morning on NBC, MSNBC or ABC News. There was a small piece on CBS, depicting the story as being a "debate." The big story was Harrison Ford going Han Solo in a runway incursion.
There are many thing to remember about the Michael Flynn saga.
Remember how the left wing media treated Flynn with no uncertainty
Tale of a traitor: Is the famous betrayal of Benedict Arnold echoed in Michael Flynn?
As I watched the show and thought back to my school days and the stories I read about Arnold's treachery, I couldn't help but think of former Gen. Michael Flynn. By all accounts, Flynn was extremely resentful at being fired by President Barack Obama as head of the Defense Intelligence Agency, and nursed grudges against his rivals in the other intelligence agencies. He had been popular with his own troops but others in the military came to mistrust him and considered him a little unhinged.Remember that Flynn was tossed by Obama for seeking to clean out the deep state. Lee Smith:
"In addition to General Flynn's name being cleared, I hope that his initiative to get to the bottom of what these people were doing -- to audit the intelligence community... that's something else we need to look at again," said Smith. "As well, his initiative to clean out the Deep State."Powell:
"Oh, exactly," said Powell. "There's no telling how many billions of taxpayer dollars they're running off books for the different intel agencies, particularly [former Obama Administration CIA Director] and [former Obama Administration Director of National Intelligence James Clapper], and of course we see evidence of that... with what was paid to Stefan Halper for his shenanigans. It just goes on and on."Remember that Sally Yates used the Logan Act as a pretense to initiate the entrapment of Flynn.
Let's remember that Flynn did nothing wrong.
Remember that Comey violated FBI guidelines when sending Strzok and Joe Pientka to interview Flynn. Here's that maggot bragging about it
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uX_ZS0-P0uE
Remember that Flynn was told he didn't need a lawyer present. Flynn was never told he was a target.
Remember that the two agents who interviewed Flynn said they didn't think Flynn was lying, despite them not offering Flynn a warning- a consideration they would offered to the worst of criminals:
The agents did not provide Gen. Flynn with a warning of the penalties for making a false statement under 18 U.S.C. 1001 before, during, or after the interview, the Flynn memo says. According to the 302, before the interview, McCabe and other FBI officials decided the agents would not warn Flynn that it was a crime to lie during an FBI interview because they wanted Flynn to be relaxed, and they were concerned that giving the warnings might adversely affect the rapport.Remember that Flynn eventually accepted a plea bargain because he was financially broken and Mueller's team threatened to indict and frame Flynn's son as they had done to Flynn.
Remember that Flynn's law firm was screwing him.
After some recent jaw-dropping revelations in the case; which may include evidence highlighting how the FBI participated in framing Michael Flynn; and certainly contains evidence of an unethical prosecutorial agreement with the former defense counsel, to coerce a guilty plea by threatening to arrest Michael Flynn Jr; suddenly today Covington & Burling discover an additional 6,800 pages of evidence they conspicuously omitted.Remember that Covington is Eric Holder's firm. Also remember that Covington lawyers' conduct was so egregious that Judge Emmet Sullivan ordered them to take a lecture on ethics.

Trump needs Wray and Barr in his office YESTERDAY.
Wray either moves immediately on this or he will be fired. He should be told to declassify EVERY record pertinent to this fiasco or he is fired.
If he resigns who cares.
Even the judge in this case is highly suspect.
Our Law Enforcement and Justice systems are broken. Only maximum sentencing of the perpetrators can begin to fix them.
Sad to think no one will be jailed for this.
And I’ve pretty much given up on any faith in the country. If the vermin take over this Nov, we may as much prepare for what will have to be done to ever get them out again.
I wish it was this simple. If Flynn had been prosecuted under the Logan Act he would have been framed. If he had been charged with lying to the FBI and went to trial, he would have been framed. His guilty plea, though, takes the solid case he would have had and throws it into total disarray.
So this guy KNEW 2 years ago that Flynn was framed. LOL ... we ALL knew 2 years ago Flynn was framed.
But Flynn didn’t know he was framed when he pleaded guilty?
You can’t have it both ways, that Flynn is a super smart, savvy operator and that he is a clueless frightened little lamb.
He had the equivalent of a loaded gun pointed at his head when he made that guilty plea.
When the FBI says you don’t need a lawyer, you need a lawyer.
There have been two judicial systems for years. One for the little people and a different one for the powerful.
He was facing a DC jury pool (see Stone’s jury foreman and that scumbag Berman-Jackson who was just fine with it)
Flynn needs to replace Wray as FBI director - Let’s see that. For the confirmation hearing alone - make congress eat it. I don’t care if gets confirmed - nominate him for something else after or make him acting directory of something. Maybe the space force needs a joint cheif of staff.
He knew but he was facing a DC jury (>90% voted for clinton)
Not to mention the threats to his son.
3 tier.
One for the little people
One favorable on for dems
One unfavorable for reps
It is very possible that Flynn, however dedicated to his intelligence craft was somewhat naive towards the deep state that set him up: even though he was ousted at DIA because of his attention to detail and willingness to upset the status quo.
The only thing I can say bad about him is he didn't fully consider the terrain in Washington DC dealing with personnel. If he was at work, he expected YOU to be at work, and everyone knows Wash DC is build around the commute and daycare for the kids. That is why they have flex shifts. So he made a lot of enemies because his tempo disrupted lives-- he failed in striking a balance.
I don't think he really understood how much the other side of the aisle hated him, Trump, and everyone supporting the new administration. Heck, I think most FReepers are naive about what they are up against. Our activism sucks balls, wholly inconsistent with the threat before us.
Two separate judicial standards suggests there is a war coming. Mike Flynn didn't think it would come so soon, and from the supposed good-guys, particularly if you invested your whole life serving the nation.
It’s impossible for anything to hit a fan that is not running.
Flynn was coerced into a plea deal under threat that his son would be pursued by the same corrupt investigation that framed him. I doubt you would have done any different. But hey, it’s easy to second guess a true America hero when you are sitting in the cheap seats.
