General Mike Flynn’s Abusers Must be Punished
DB Daily Update ^ | David Blackmon

“The top of the FBI was scum…human scum.” – President Donald Trump, April 18

That they were, and with Christopher Wray in the Director’s job, apparently still are. We have known for more than two years now that the human scum at the top of the nation’s utterly corrupt highest law enforcement agency in January, 2017 framed Trump’s first National Security Advisor, General Mike Flynn, got him fired, and that Gestapo Chief Robert Mueller and his staff then bullied him into entering a guilty plea by threatening his family. That’s what we have known for all that time just through what has been available on the public record.

Thanks to the December, 2019 Horowitz Report and the margin notes and footnotes that have been declassified over the last month, we know that the human scum atop the FBI from 2015 through 2019 systematically defrauded the FISA Court through the conscious use of false information, often provided by agents of foreign governments, including Russia. And, after last week’s forced release of additional documents in the Flynn trial, we know that corrupt DOJ lawyers, acting in concert with corrupt FBI officials, withheld exonerating evidence in that trial for well over two years.

In her supplemental filing last Friday, Flynn’s attorney Sidney Powell wrote, “All this new evidence, and the government has advised there is more to come, proves that the crimes were committed by the FBI officials and then the prosecutors. The government’s misconduct in this case is beyond shocking and reprehensible. It mandates dismissal.” She is a master of understatement.

If Fox Business host Maria Bartiromo is right, the dismissal of the case may be coming this week. Here’s a tweet she issued Sunday evening:

Maria Bartiromo ✔ @MariaBartiromo Breaking News: sources tell me @GenFlynn will be completely exonerated this week. It was a total fraud. A Set up. More tomorrow @MorningsMaria @FoxBusiness @FoxNews @SundayFutures

100K 4:12 PM - Apr 26, 2020 Twitter Ads info and privacy 51.5K people are talking about this “It was all a total fraud. A set up.” Again, two things we’ve known since 2018 beyond any reasonable doubt just from what has been on the public record, yet the corrupt “human scum” within the FBI and DOJ have chosen to keep stringing this case along with unending delays and supplemental filings in a vain effort to find some graceful way out of it.

That effort hit a wall after Attorney General William Barr appointed a Missouri U.S. attorney to review the DOJ’s internal communications in the case specifically to determine whether key evidence had been withheld by DOJ employees. The release of said key evidence last Friday demonstrated that this examination had borne fruit.

Few people in American history have been as heinously abused by federal law enforcement and the U.S. court system as has General Flynn. That systemic abuse goes all the way up to the judge in the case, Federal District Judge Emmet Sullivan, who has steadfastly refused to dismiss the case even in the face of the overwhelming evidence of rank, possibly criminal misconduct by lead prosecutor Brandon Van Grack and his underlings.

Given his established pattern of working to protect the institution of the DOJ above other considerations, it is likely that Barr will try to let the case be dismissed without also punishing all the myriad bad actors involved in it, many of whom, like Van Grack, are still on his staff. That would be a malfeasance on his own part, but there is little anyone will be able to do about it. At the very least, Van Grack and every DOJ employee whose fingerprints are on this travesty of a frame-up should be fired, and Peter Strzok and Joe Pientka, the FBI agents who falsified their 302 reports from their initial interview of Flynn in January, 2017, should have the book thrown at them by John Durham.

Regardless, it will be a happy day to see General Flynn exonerated, if Bartiromo’s information is correct. Let’s pray it is, for his sake and the sake of his family.

That is all.

Flynn was entrapped, strong-armed and railroaded.

The FBI has been doing that to American citizens for a long time - and getting away with it.

I hope they won’t get away with it this time.

Hope is not a plan, and with 30-40% of the electorate hoping for totalitarianism, this is our last chance to save America.

Our multi-tiered justice system won’t do a thing to these criminals who did this to Gen Flynn but they definitely deserve the same or worse punishment they tried to inflict on Flynn. Loss of career, no pension, jail time, loss of home and marriage, loss of reputation, etc. etc.

From the article:This REALLY pisses me off. Barr is the chief policeman for the US. Why, why, would he allow members of his staff get away with committing crimes?

If that's the way it's gonna be, we should give up on all the other bad actors (too many to list here, but you know who they are) ever being brought to justice.

Perhaps President Trump should get involved here?

We are a nation of laws - Barack Obama

LOL, we were a nation that had a Constitution that said he could not be President, he is not a natural born citizen.

I agree. Hope is not a plan.

I voted for Trump in ‘16, will do so again this time around. I have contributed whatever modest sums I can to his campaign. I have bought MAGA and KAG hats, and distributed them to like-minded friends and acquaintances. I have attended rallies and networked among other patriots. I have worked for and contributed to local candidates who share the MAGA philosophy.

I hope that General Flynn is exonerated, and that his false accusers face justice. History says neither is likely.

The way this is fixed is really quite simple. Anyone involved in the corrupt conviction, FBI agents and managers, need to wind up serving the sentence for which they falsely and illegally charged their victims. And they must spend either the time actually served, or the sentence awarded, whichever is LONGER.

And if the victim died in jail, as did one of the victims in the FBI/Whitey Bulger corruption case, where the FBI falsified evidence and documents to protect Whitey Bulger, they need to spend the rest of their lives in jail.

This crap about leniency for law enforcement officials is evil. The people, through government agrees to grant law enforcement the power to control the lives of the governed, even to the power to take lives. With that granted power MUST come greater responsibility, and examples MUST be made of the people who participated in these illegal and frankly evil, actions.

Everyone involved MUST be made to pay, both legally and civilly. They RUINED General Flynn’s life, and they destroyed the career of Carter Paige.

They also attempted to interfere with an election, and when that failed, attempted to destroy the government that won. That is, at the very least, sedition. But as an attack both on the legally elected government and the Constitution, it should be treason, though I suppose it doesn’t fit the textbook definition, since we weren’t legally in a state of war.

I had never given any thought to the term “tar and feather” until I saw the TV show “Outlander,” where corrupt tax collectors and sheriffs were tarred and feathered. The fact that the tar must be heated leaves 2nd and 3rd degree burns is quite evident, and can cause death.

If the corrupt “Just-Us” department officials, prosecutors, and FBI agents aren’t charged with serious crimes, ruining them professionally and fiscally, and put through what they put General Flynn, Mannifort, and Paige through, then I would strongly support tarring and feathering them.

There MUST be retribution against those who attacked the legally elected government of the United States, and the Constitution, or it will happen again and again. An example must be set, or we may as well just give up on the Constitution, because it means nothing.

Mark
